Hi Sidz, once again a wonderful sharing of knowledge that can help us to grow our online business via impactful visibility in YOUTUBE channel. My key takeaways are–
1. Consistency is the key. Be consistent in your topics. Be known for some particular space in the ocean of knowledge.
2. Publishing frequency of your videos is also important. There should not be a long gap between two videos or there should not be pouring of videos everyday.
Three videos per week at a particular time on a particular day will surely grab the attention of viewers over a period of time.
3. Title of our videos and tags used must be so diligently selected that , most people must find our channel popping up whenever they are searching for some keywords.
4. Duration of videos must be around 10 minutes. Very small videos of 3 to 5 minutes have little importance and we may not be able to create a good content in that short time. Too long videos are also not good because the patience of the audience is not that much to stay till the end. So keep it moderate.
5. We must use some tactics to ensure that our video must get maximum number of views within 24 hours of upload. We can do it by sharing the YT link in our community, friends groups, keeping it as watsup status or sharing the link on other platforms.
6. Nowadays viewers are quality conscious. As there is a huge entertainment stuff in the online space , it is a challenge to hold the audience. The YT wants to replace the TV. So our quality must be mind blowing.
7. In the same way, clarity in audios, background music used etc should be taken care of.
8. Content quality is the most important factor in growing your YT channel. As we are in the knowledge business, our audience are conscious of many things. If there is no sense in our content, it will be difficult to grab the quality audience.
9. We can have alliance and partner programs with other influencers in the market to cross promote each other and bring the subscribers to our channel.
10. We can send the YT link to our email list and ask them to view and share opinions. We may gamify this process to get more results.

YouTube is the place where you can discover after few years.
On Instagram, Facebook content gets lost and you need to repurpose content.
On YouTube since it’s a search engine. People can find you after years as well. We will have much better discoverability.
1) Topic consistency –> YouTube will give prominence Audience will be relate more.
2) Publishing frequency –> 3 Videos per Week. Be regular on Publishing time . Post around the same time every time. They will start to give you more preference showing them that you are committed.

I have realized the common mistakes I was doing while creating content on YouTube. YouTube is the biggest search engine all over the world I should know how to use effectively .
Take away from Podcast are:
1. topic consistency: I should be consistent on my NICHE Topic so that it can be easily judged the Authority of mine in the Topic.
2. Publishing frequency: I was uploading one Video per week and sometime one video per day but ideally it should be 3 videos per week, 3 months consistent upload
3. Title & Tag Optimization: I still need to research on VIDIQ and Keyword everywhere what can be best fit for my videos, For sure I am going to use this.
4. Video Duration: I used to upload max to max 5 Minutes video but I was wrong. I should focus on Minimum 10 minutes.
