The shared insights on building trustworthiness are not just applicable to business but to life in general. In a market-place that is increasingly getting crowded yet more open and transparent by the day, people can easily see through the facade, faking, or coverups. The only way to sustain your long-term presence is to be authentic, logically strong, and empathetic. These 3 pillars establish the foundations for a strong personality and character reflecting in business.
Thanks to Mr. Rajsekar for the golden nuggets!

      My takeaway from the podcast
The shared insights on building trust worthiness are just applicable to business, but to life in general. In market place that is increasingly getting crowded, yet more open and transprent by the day to day. People can easily see through the facade, facking or cover up, no body can hide his or her face towards facking and coverup day or other, the people will know the real intention, trust once gone or broken will not come back easily in business and life. The only way to sustain your long term presence is to authentic, logically, royal, strong and empathetic

There are three pillars of establishing the trust

      Authenticity
We should be true to the person who care and listen to us

      Logic

We should be clear in our logic and able to communicate properly

      Empathy

We should convey people in a way that we really care for them and to create a trust that we will solve the problem
