Do you want to know my precise process of learning, assimilation, application, and distribution of digital content? This is the podcast for you.

1. My Learning Process

  • I follow fewer people on YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter
  • I only watch Courses of my mentors
  • I tune into selected Podcasts of game-changers
  • I only follow a few Core Influencers
  • I do a lot of research on Quora for key questions
  • I do Deep Research Sprints for 60-120 mins
  • I conduct surveys and get feedback from my Community
  • I also listen to Audio Books on Audible

2. My Assimilation Process

  • I take a lot of notes on Apple Notes (it syncs across all my devices)
  • I then integrate all those into Mindmaps using MindNode
  • I also integrate a lot of my ideas by not working
  • I have dedicated Wednesday as Thinking Day
  • I love to drive out of town and just think

3. My Application Process

  • I love to work in 2-Hr Bursts of time
  • I also love to do random experiments on tools and systems
  • I pretty much like taking action with speed. No analysis paralysis.
  • All my podcasts and videos are “single take”.

4. My Distribution Process

  • I have a process to distribute my YouTube Interviews
  • I have a team that works on my other YouTube tutorials
  • I have a simple Podcast Process to roll out episodes really fast
  • I have a simple Instagram Process to get more people to my pillar contents
  • I post 2-3 times a day on my Facebook Group
  • I use a Telegram Process to get more people to all my content pieces
  • I also use Repurpose.io for syndicating my podcasts into Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

      Hi Sidz ,

This Podcast Enlightened me on spending too much of time on different content from different sources, I use to spend a lot of time on News and Political discussion, Because of that, my course launching is getting delayed.

I understand that , because of too much of learning or too much of information, it only further confuse us and making not taking any action.

I will quickly change my mindset, Particularly wants to keep away from the News and Political Discussion, which are cannot be changed by me now

    • Jiten Modi

The more I consume your content, the more I respect you.

Not just for doing what you are doing but for the bigger reasons.

      1. For having alignment in what you think, say and do…and this is what you want every member of your community to follow.

      2. This episode highlights the application of 2 of your other concepts that you shared.
      A. The DAD Formula; Delete, Automate and Delegate which you explain in a podcast. In this podcast you demonstrated how you are deleting distractions, automating content reproduction using repurpose.io and delegating content distribution on auto mode.
      B. Categorization of task into non-productive, productive and super-productive work. You have demonstrated how it can be applied and executed in this podcast in the process of digital asset creation

      3. Always prepare and execute… I mean doing things randomly is of no use… set a process at first place and then jump into it without worrying about perfectionism and analysis-paralysis. Version 1 is better than version none is applied here. One can always improve in the process and over a period of time…hence fast execution is key.

      4. The obvious process of learning, assimilating, applying and distributing the content that everyone can see.

      1. Your filtering approach in learning process reminded me about this below lesson.
In Bible there is a portion in which God commanded Jeremiah in his mission statement: This is it.
“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”

If we notice this pattern, we can understand one thing.
      There were 6 important things.
Even before “Build” &”Plant”, he had to do 4 things.
“root out” – “pull down”, “destroy”, and to “throw down”.
This was a must do thing to implement “Build” &”Plant”.

So, when I heard about your filtering approach, I could see a similarity.
Yes. First we should remove the distractions.
      2. Got inspiration from your Thinking Day practice and and your approach on converting your learning notes into your unique piece of content.
      3. Taking action with speed. This part is my weakness. I need to improve a lot.
“single take” practice is really good point. I was stuck on perfectionism. I will implement this.
      4. Your team has done a brilliant job in YouTube video editing part. Your videos are not boring even if its for an hour.

    • Pratibha Jadhav

      Hi Sid,
      Thanks for this podcast.
      Great learning from this podcast.
Management is essential if you want to be successful.
But along with management ,well setup of system ,speed, and actions are the important too.

WHAT I LEARNT FROM SIDZ Podcast- “How I built Digital Assets that work for me even when I sleep.”

      LEARN-APPLY-SHARE-

The coaching industry continues to expand if the customer receives substantial knowledge from all times and keeps that standard and cashflow even when you are sleeping. Being able to make money work for you even you are not physically there gives you Freedom of time, money, and choices. Making systems work for him, a coach needs to work out four fundamentals.
To streamline what has been learned, being able to create own angles from it, testing it, applying that knowledge into the system, and creating and distributing a new angled unique piece of content across the channels.

      LEARN: –
      1. One can only learn in the right learning environment. The first step towards everything is De-clutter. When I joined the Sidz community and then hackathon, my unread email inbox was at 8k and I brought it down to ZERO. I UNSUBSCRIBED from 200+ YouTube channels knowing the fact that it never really gave me value. I had subscribed to them only out of impulse. I unfollowed all the fashionista and Bollywood industry business. Because I never really connected to them and they did not serve me any purpose. I brought my phone apps down to 12. FILTER NOISE.
      2. Follow one mentor and walk his path wholeheartedly or else you will get lost in the noise.
      3. You are 5 of your friends/ inner circle. Redefine if necessary.
      4. Consume content that gives you value and adds fuel to your mission.
      5. Deep Learn and Deep Research will lead you to the highest of skies. Because all understand tactics, but very few understand people. Go Deep and not wide.
      6. Learn from 1:1, community Q/A, Platforms, feedback- the more you know your audience, the better your products will be.

ASSIMILATE: – Never miss a chance to assimilate all that you learn. Because you cannot afford to leave even the slightest chance to forget.
Filter out- Deep Learn- Take notes- Observe the patterns- Understand deep – Bring your own angle- create a mindmap – Use it into your products and content. We can even do this with a book- Read a book, place it into your library. Take out a day. Pick any – open and you will get new ideas every time you read that page. You spend new time with them every time u read them.
Break the pattern every once a week. YOU can change the place where you sit- (I do this), maybe change the room or environment. You will see different aura altogether and Introspect. Spend time alone and brainstorm.

APPLICATION: – Sleeping 5 or 9 hours a day won’t make really any sense if the time when we are awake is not utilized. Keep your phone in a different room and work in Bursts for 2 hours. The task of 4 hours will only take u 2. Even the book Ikigai advises to work in mints, 25 min work with 5min break or 50 min work with 10 min break.
Procrastination of making everything perfect may end up not doing anything at all. It is better to be in an imperfect ACTION than in an imaginary MOTION. When you speak, speak your heart out. You will get better. Just go with the flow.
You do it and then do it right.

DISTRIBUTION: – “Only if you know and you don’t share, it means you know nothing”
Create 1 post with all that you want to cover, a full document. Bifurcate the style of content basis the platform and spread it across. FOCUS ON YOUR CORE product. Rest can be outsourced. Thank you Sidz for your elaborate blue print of success. The group of neurons in you frontal lobe of brain is more active in train of thought process it seems. As you have linked this entire process with spirituality to promote the charity, the positive people get attracted towards you. I have strong faith that I have taken correct decision to learn…..deep learn from you. Your insight towards abundance is abundant. Thank you again.

    • Priyanka

Awesome insight…and all dots are perfectly connected. While listening i got triggered about the loopholes in my learning process. I would like to share here-
      1. As a learning part: I am a book reader. I read books and also take notes in the process.
I don’t have any social media kind of destruction inspite of it other external surrounding destinations are here. I am working on it now.
I am strictly following you and my second mentor Vishal Khandelwal. Also to the learning part I also follow Scott Adam’s approach.
      2. Assimilation part of your is very important for me . I got some valuable areas to work on.
      3. Application part i am totally agree with you. You must apply all your learnings before delivering to your students and community. As I am following my mentor Vishal Khandelwal strictly for financial success of my life, as a result I have taken quick decision to follow my own voice.
      4. Yes distribution of your knowledge piece plays crucial role in your success journey. You need to have a strong plan for all this so that you can make maximum contribution to the society.
Learning is must and it is ongoing process for everyone.

      Empowering & Comforting Podcast Sidz!!

Empowering because it outlines the step by step process to create digital assets – the value that you create digitally for people who in return value to you, asset in truest form!

Comforting because it tells us that even without burning out we can learn and earn through digital assets. “Four day work week” is truly something that anyone in business or employment can look forward to.

Denmark, Finland and Iceland are the first 3 countries in the world to rank top 5 in Human Development Index out of 189 official countries in UN and also to have implemented 4-Day work week (4DWW) policy. They have seen not only happier but also more productive citizens by doing so! A classic difference between “Working Hard” -vs “Working Smart”! 🙂

Besides been empowering and comforting, the podcast gives step by step process to “Convert your Learning to Earning”:

      Absolutely loved the LAAD process:
Learn – Assimilate – Apply – Distribute (LAAD) Concept!

Learn: In depth analysis, think about what you want and also what people are asking about, make notes, draw graphs, whatever helps you to keep a record of your research

Assimilate: Assimilation is connecting the dots to show a larger sensible picture. Do whatever it takes to have a calmer mind, be with yourself and think of an interesting & simpler way to represent what you learned

Apply: make videos, record podcasts on your learning. Whatever you have assimilated deliver it

Distribution: Find ways to reach out to as many as you can through various digital platforms, engage with people to take action on your videos and podcasts

But am I really going to get benefit out of LAAD?
Well, I know as a fact that I can, since I have followed these concepts in past few months I was able to generate about 72K INR just from contents that led my customers to enroll in my digital classes!

If anyone has the same question, they need to research on you for just a few minutes and they will come to know what kind of an impact you have created and what kind of abundance of wealth you not only have created for yourself but for others as well!

The LAAD concepts works like crazy and benefits like crazy!

Thank you so much for sharing this Sidz, my #digitalbuddha!! :-)) Humbled to be a part of #ilhfamily and #ilhdeeplearner

How I Build Digital Assets That Works For Me Even While I Sleep?
My Learnings From This Podcast Are –
The top 2 channels for knowledge givers as you move into future are going to be podcasting & youtube. These two are the main channels where can you actually go indepth & share useful information which are practical & can be applied to your audience.
      LEARNING PROCESS ‐
      1. You can only get results if you are going to be eliminating the distractions from your life & it can start with emails. I unsubscribe from email on a regular bases. I follow very few people on instagram. So my learning process is by filtering out all the noise & only following information that’s super duper useful for me.
      2. I only follow 3 mentors Blair Singer, Vick Strizheus & Sam Ovens. Only consume their courses as possible. Following mentors who have depth in content & just stick to that.
      3. I also follow just a few core influencers let’s say influencers like Mike Miller following his podcast and also Pat Flynn for a while but I don’t go deep into their courses. I just look at from external point of view any new system they are using or any new tools.
      4. Another way that I learn is I just go and skin through topics on quora & on youtube. So on quora I am looking for questions that are popping up in people’s mind , looking at which questions are rated high.
      5. I also do deep research sprints. If I am really interested in topic and I want to go deep into it. I just open multiple tabs & I just keep taking snapshots from one thing to other.
      6. My best form of learning comes from my community. I actually post in Google Form then I ask people to ask me questions. Based on that questions I keep getting on my inner circle calls. I learn so much in that process of answering back to my community and on that way I know what my community wants.

      Assimilation Process –
The core principle is when good stuff is going into your head you also need to give it a little bit of time for digestion to happen.
      1. Whenever I listen to a podcast or audio book I have always having my apple notes open. I just take bullet points. I just go through all that notes and I start to see patterns on topic ideas on things that can useful & beneficial for my community.
      2. I just put all of that into a mindmap. Then I also decide based on the notes that I have taken will this be good for podcast, or for youtube, or to create a course or speak to my tribe on weekly calls.
      3. When I was working on curriculum design blueprint & I have been through into this whole deep research sprints. It was not 1 hours sprints it was 15 hours sprints where I put out golden nuggets from all of the old interviews of Steve Jobs & Jeff Bezos and I made that into curriculum where I broughten there views & ideas of product development.
      4. I don’t like to work on Wednesday. This is just a thinking day where I assimilate all of that I learnt on Wednesday. Having a thinking day help you assimilate your knowledge better and digest it better.

      APPLICATION PROCESS –
      1. I love to work in burst of 1‐2 hours without any interruption or distraction keeping phone aside.
      2. I also like to get into experimental process. If I want to experiment in new tools. I like to go and implement that.
      3. When it comes to application I don’t plan to much. I have integrated all of that knowledge. I like to go into a full speed mode. No analysis paralysis.
      4. When it comes to videos I don’t re-take much. I just hit the record button and start speaking. Just go with the flow.
The application process happens with focused 1– 2 hours burst work time, experimenting new things and going with speed.

      Distribution Process –
      1. Youtube is one of my primary channels. So whenever I record hall of fame interview with any of my students. As soon as I record the interview I have a whole process on distributing that video. I upload this on my youtube channel, put the right tags, I get in the thumbnail in order and once that video link is integrated I share that link on my telegram group and inside our social network.
      2. When I record youtube video which I normally love to do in the form of mindmaps. As soon as I finish recording that video I put that into Google Drive folder. Then I have a team member who is a video editor. He takes that video and polish it up.
      3. I am not so active on instagram compare to podcast. Whenever I share a podcast like this. I just take a snapshot and put that as a story on instagram.
      4. Podcast process I handle it myself. I use a pretty decent mike. I put it out on buzz sprout than put description on that podcast.
      5. I post 2–3 times on my Facebook group testimonials, interviews etc.
      6. I have a internal group on telegram. I post different kind of content. Sometimes interviews, youtube videos, podcast etc
      7. I use Repurpose.io for syndicating my podcast on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.

THE CONTENT CREATION HAS FOUR ELEMENTS:
      1. LEARNING 2. Assimilation 3. Processing and 4. Distribution.

In learning – four things are important: 1. Cutting out distractions and allowing quality time for learning without distractions. 2. Going for quality resources3. Following relevant mentors 4. Following core influencers. and watching interviews of successful entrepreneurs.
In the area of Assimilation – taking notes while learning, then contemplating on those notes and making a mind map of key points.
In the area of processing – using the key concept of making content to be posted in social media. Following the process using proper tools and utilizing skill sets.

      1. Learn 2 Assimilate 3. Apply 4. content distribution-outsource
