Yes , certification system motivates our students to take action.
We must show our students the ultimate benefit or the end goal for getting the best results.
Appreciation and recognition of the sincere students, who sincerely follow the path , take action and implement quickly is a very powerful message and inspiration to other students in the community .

I am taking home the point that the certification need not be one of so-called accredition or formal recognition that will fetch them jobs, but one that will give them a sense of accomplishment and self-fulfiment.
Will include this in my plan.

5 Steps to Creating a Certification Program for Your Community:
      1️⃣ Define 3 levels of certification: action-based, results-based, and leadership-based.
2️⃣ Keep it simple and focused on your topic with clear end goals and milestones.
3️⃣ Empower second-line leaders by choosing facilitators based on commitment and results.
4️⃣ No formal education or certification required, just confidence in your concept and ability to help others.
5️⃣ Inspire people to move forward, make progress, and take action with a merit-based system.

Create a certification program that truly empowers your community and helps them achieve their goals. 🌟

Provide Certificates to students to inspire them to take action . We can provide certifications at 3 levels , where the first one can be for the Tasks accomplished , the secone one being for the results achieved and third one for becoming a superstar in accomplishing superlative results . By gamifying and providing certifications , the students may achieve results beyond our expectations as you are being provided with a challenge at each level . You can also have certifications for being consistent as is being awarded for Attendance and achieving consistent results in areas which are relevant for your Community. These initiatives will inspire and empower your community to be not only action takers but also focused on getting results
Thank you Sidz for providing for this insight to us

Respect , Recognition and Reward flow out of performance. – N.R. Narayana Murthy

      When…..
In the role of a teacher –
During community building, create a certification programme ( Merit based system and not information based ) to inspire students to take action, to make progress and empower them.
Define the β€˜What’ (the end goal, to get the best result out of your student) and β€˜Why’ ( for systematic learning and systematic implementation to happen)
Task, result and superstar based :
      1) Action based certification – define action and duration of the challenge
      2) Result based certification – according to what you teach
      3) Superstar award – for crossing tangible milestones
      Membership based certification :
      1) Point system based evaluation of certification

      When…..
In the role of a student –
Never seek validation. Detach yourself from the results. Just do your work.
β€œ To work you have the right, but not to the fruits thereof. β€œ – Swami Vivekananda
      Give more than you take.
