              Excellent notes from Dr Pallavi and hence going into a summary of what I carry besides the detailed To DO. But first , Thank you Sid, because on my mind this has been playing -to get started – yet I have been more a learner than a doer. This inspires me to Do and my first To Do is getting to consistency by investing 2 hours a day which is what I am currently able to prioritise in a work-day and double it for the weekend.
              The Gist of my Take Aways are after due reflection on the 10 Steps:
              1. Make sure my FB Page and Group has been set up to convey who I am , what I do and keep it specific to my Niche topic. Remove anything else that is a distraction – unwanted pics for instance.
              2. Work on topics for podcast /you tube video ( 5mt) so I can post them daily for next 90 days. I need to pick out topics and probably deliver them as a theme (my thought process on the topics and way I need to go forward using your guidance)
              3. Join 20 Facebook and Linked In Groups and start engaging emotionally with meaningful long comments and also private messaging on a 1-1 basis with them and build your relationship network, so they too reciprocate and start following you. Look to keep links handy that they can use too on any topic of engagement landed upon.
              4. I realise I am not so savvy with all platforms and need to skill up also for smooth execution. Eg. I have been searching where to put the 5-Star rating on the podcast (I logged using my FB, can create play lists – already added yours, can listen to your podcast.)
              5. My first goal is to reach the 30 day milestone of consistency and then add one more month before getting to step 5 onwards ( Free Webinar, Free 1-1. Sale Webinar following Free Webinar from 4th month and start building interactions in the FB Group community including Google Form Feedback to help improve program asking questions on why they did not buy (for rejections). Focus to achieve a target of 5 sales a week from 4th month to get 60 sales minimum by 6th month.

      What is the Validation Phase?

      Making the first 3 lakhs is the hardest. But if we are able to make that 3 lakhs in sales, that means our product is receptive to our target market. This is the validation phase that confirms that our product is eligible for further scaling up by spending on Ads.

      The first 3 lakhs should be made without anything spent on Ads. Here are the 10 steps to pass the validation phase and enter the ILH Hall of Fame!

      10 Commandments to ILH Hall of Fame

      1. Do a 90 Days Video Challenge – YouTube Videos – Well researched content – minimum 5 minutes – topics can be on pain points of your audience

      2. Join 20 FB & LinkedIn groups in your niche – Don’t sell, just meaningfully engage in posts that are valuable.

      3. Start emotionally connecting with 20 – 30 people every day. Respond with a long form comment.

      4. They will start engaging with you. When they reciprocate your content with their comments, DM them and say thanks. Have open & meaningful conversation. Again, no sales pitch.

      5. Conduct 1 free webinar per week without any sales pitch. Just offer value, answer questions.

      6. Do 20 – 30 121 sessions. Use Calendly and ask them to book appointments and offer free clarity sessions. 121 sessions are best to understand the challenges of your potential clients. You will get a lot of insights on giving solutions to those challenges in your course.

      7. Build a Private FB group to nurture your leads. Run polls, answer their questions and build engagement. Again, don’t focus on sales. Offer pure value and get engagement.

      8. Conduct a sales webinar once a week in addition to the free webinar.

      9. Run a Google form and ask them why they did not buy your product. What are their resistances? Focus on improving the offer based on the resistances your target market has. Keep improving your sales webinar based on these feedbacks.

      10. Focus on getting 60 sales of 5K memberships, that equals 3 lakhs and make you eligible for ILH Hall of Fame. All this should be done with organic traffic without anything spent on Ads.

      10 Steps To Make Your First ₹300,000 As A Digital Coach Within 6 Months

      Top Learnings for me –
      1. You have to first work on yourself and your offer.

      2. This is the stage where you have to overcome rejections, just keep going & crack the code.

      3. You have to win the heart of the audience through Authenticity, Transparency & your true Mission which you want to share with the Audience. People need to BUY YOU FIRST then YOUR PRODUCT.

      4. Don’t Sell Products, Sell Memberships (Like Silver, Gold, Diamond Membership).

      5. Right pricing is so important like INR 4,999 for your Silver Membership etc.

      6. Take up a Challenge to publish your Videos on You Tube for 90 Days without break (It will help you in creating your product and you have the better understanding in your Niche to solve the problems).

      7. Join various groups on Facebook & Linked, engage in the comments with writing long comments in 20-30 people where you find some value.

      8. Start to conduct 1 Free Webinar Per Week to build your Influence & Do not Sell Anything.

      9. Perform at least 20 – 30 Free One to One with your Target Audience to get better Insight which will help you build a better product.

      10. Start Building Free Private Facebook Group for your target audience. As you build the Group, Nurture the group regularly.

      11. Run a Google Form asking the Audience why they do not buy your product so that you can improve your offer & handle the resistant.

      12. Focus on getting 60 Sales in 3 Months (INR 5000 x 60 = INR 3,00,000). Working on yourself first 3 months & next 3 months on sales.

      Making first 3 lakhs is the most challenging journey from my personal experience. Curious to learn more from this to be on the hall of fame!

      1) this phase is the validation phase also a phase of rejection. Working on ones self to overcome rejection and then start selling. Sell memberships which is the future of digital coaching business. 4999/-, 19999/- 49,999/- ideal pricing for three levels of courses.

      2) publish videos on YouTube for 3 months, helps one to learn and helps in delivering value. Concert pain points into video topics

      3) join fb and linkedin groups and engage in comments to emotionally connect with people. This will help in increasing followers. Connect with them without an intention to sell. It is time consuming this helps in building trust

      4) Do webinars and add value without selling. Nurture nadi then sell.

      5) 30 to 40 free one to ones for understanding customer pain points.

      6) build a private community and nurture in one webinar. Do another webinar to sell. This helps in better conversions.

      7) Run a google form to understand why the clients did not buy. Use it as a feedback and improve the webinars.

      8) focus on getting 60 sales within 6 months without running ads. Give yourself time to understand the market and sell. Post this it becomes easy to scale by running ads.

      1. Validate your topic and the need of my potential knowledge and experience on the topic by:
      * upload informative videos on my topic on YT, FB daily to nurture my audience.
      * Emotional connect with 20-30 people on regular basis who are in alignment with my subject line, help to understand the needs and pain points of my audience.
      * I take up free webinars 2-3 month to nurture my clients and attract right audience, builds my visibility.
      * Ask to book 121 meeting with me, for free if stuck and need clarity on some aspects of the topic taken, help in understanding my clients pains, needs and priorities .
      * Sell offer strategy, Thank you very much Sidz.

      I heard this PODCAST few times and here are my learnings and realizations.
      My realization:
      1) This whole game which you have created for us is very different. Its all about self transformation and money/ sales is just parameter you check if we are moving in right direction.
      2) Many a times we THINK we are doing the things right way but there many times there is big gap in what we perceive and what the reality is.
      3) This mission and vision is going to be a reality because people who have transformed are going to be created out of this system and such people who work on themselves with such depth are definitely going to create a ripple effect. there is no way they wont.
      4) We have this tendency to get in zone of conformity again and again despite of realization. Breaking that conformity and creating a legacy.
      5) Getting through the real transformation to create difference to this world.
