      People pay for transformation and in future for certainty. You always connect dots and complete the stories. The online has become a modern trend and a magic pill. Unfortunately, very few people complete the courses. People buy impulsively and never use them. This is nothing but an information hangover. Selling knowledge is not enough. One should deliver transformation. Buyer is not impressed with the hype. They just need trust. People want authenticity. Stories play a significant role in this process. People want a system that delivers results. Stop selling info and start selling outcomes. Share proof. Build case studies. Highlight students’ wins. Trust is not built in ads, but in the results and communities nurtured. Community is the curriculum. People pay for belonging where they are not alone, without being judged. It is the energy of the community that moves forward. Conversation, collaboration, and accountability bring transformation. Students should learn from each other. The biggest teacher is the community. Outcome is greater than information. People want results in the courses. Customers do not value information, because it is free, they value results. Outcomes play a major role in attracting members. People do not want to learn. AI tools are revolutionising the co-pilot job. Sell the co-pilot systems. Optimise the entire game plan. Find where to add the co-pilot. In this era, the winner is not the one who is just taught, but those who team up with AI to achieve results. People want access on demand. Subscription makes the business more predictable. Start thinking in terms of memberships. Let the packages be subscription-based. People buy because of proof, not for ads. Something applies to teaching also. Every success story becomes a marketing magnet. Build a culture of evidence, make members to share wins. If you turn every student into a case study, the more your sales will skyrocket. Education is undergoing a complete transformation. AI and AR will create classrooms that are constantly updated. Students experience contents. Start small. Human Mote–AI can do all types of work. One thing it cannot do is not being human. However, human emotions, inspiration, empathy, and a sense of belonging cannot be replaced. It can’t replace the depth of human characteristics. Values, authenticity, and so on, become priceless. Share your stories, build connections, and no AI can replicate these experiences. Be an actual human, that’s a unique value we become. AI is the perfect one. But we are human. Double down on what makes you more human, which AI can never replace.

      Transformation versus Information. This is a big lesson for me from this podcast. I have been feeling stuck for several days. I was struggling with my course content development. Every time I developed a course framework, I am dissatisfied because this is exactly what I was dissatisfied with when I took the courses – Information dump. None of the courses felt as transformative as my own experience in the field. The literature given during the expensive courses always gathered dust on my desk, and I never used it. Let me explain. I have been a clinical research professional for 30 years. I worked along the length and breadth of the field. During my tenure as a Study coordinator, Manager of clinical and academic research, and as an Auditor, I attended several courses conducted in high end hotels in the US, paying large amounts (my institution paid of course), to learn from the courses. Every time I came back with dissatisfaction, as it was all too theoretical. But it was still hazy as to what I was looking for in the courses. After listening to Sidz, I got it — my dissatisfaction about the courses is stemming from the lack of transformative effect of these courses. I have been struggling for several weeks with my course content. Now I know better after listening to Sidz — to design my courses with transformative outcomes. Aha ! focus on outcomes!
