      2…COMMENT INSIDE YOUR COMMUNITY. .. GOT TO TAKE THAT FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY. COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT… MAYBE YOU MISUNDERSTOOD YOUR OFFERING OR YOU DID NOT SET THE INTENTION UPFRONT in a right way ….

      3.. Some big influencer said something negative about you. … If he is right in any way and he is true about your mistake …take it seriously …apologies openly ….work on it. Improve it …

      4…someone in you domain trying to make you feel down about you and your work.

      First… they are trying to give genuine feedback …what they felt about your improvement ….

      1.Social media comments…Just ignore it. Need to Grow….
      2. CUSTOMERS Comments within community…. Communication is first important
      3. Some other influences. Just ignore them… Ignore it absolutely absolutely not true..

      Social media comments – Ignore; Don’t get effected by it. Don’t take it personal, Grow up.
      Customer comments within community – Take the feedback seriously,

      Your talent knowledge is required for those people you are aligned with you
      As long as your value system is maintained
      5 level of criticism:
      1) Social media comments outside your community(randomly coming then just ignore it)…grow up and not to take it personally
      2) Customer comments within your community: That feedback needs to be taken seriously – as it could be miscommunication or mis expectation(open group of paid customer)need to set expectation before they join you
      3) A. Negative criticism by some influencer – who that person is – ignore them and bless them and best approach is not to get back(not to participate in the battle)
      B. If you have done something if that influencer – in that case you need to openly apologize and take it seriously
      4) Mainstream media that takes your communication and make a mountain of

      I have experienced this negative criticism also as i was working in toxic corporate working culture in a job before Covid19 in MNC (in USA) in Mumbai and so i am good in handling them with my Silence and Gratitude and never letting them affect me.

      Categories of People Criticize –

      1. You are not practicing what you preach.
      2. Genuine Feedback
      3. Not Getting Results, Be consistent
      4. Having Code of Honor is very important, our products need to improve
      5. Only 20 percent is the success ratio
      6 Process your Emotions.
      7. Mission first, Community Second and Me Third.
      8. Process your own Emotions.
      9. Three types of Critics :- Jealous and Blamers, Complainers, Genuine and Good Heated people
      10. Be excited or ignore them for their feedback
      11.. Dont be Emotional, Always think calmly and address the situation without trying to justify.

      It is part of the game. Do something and no one will speak against it, may not happen.
      5types-1. social media comment-random, they don’t know what are you doing 2. your group member/paid customer-it is feedback to be taken seriously and analyze and remove the causes 3. from influencer – see through the reasons, if it is malaise, ignore it. if he is a serious value-based influencer then take it seriously and course-correct the situation. 4. mainstream media – go into the thing and take it seriously and initiate corrective action 5. from your community on a large scale -a very serious one – preventive measure to be taken on a consulting approach.

      Handling criticism while growing and building a brand online.

      Regarding criticism, we have a control to some extent to reply back immediately in the offline world, whenever we want also number of critics could be less . But while in the online business, the whole world is open and hence more and more possibility of criticism.

      Generally we love to be appreciated only on our bright side and want others to ignore our dark side or to be criticised by others on any of post, videos etc. But when they give a comment , it’s only from their point of view. So it’s very important to understand and handle such criticism in the right way.

      Level 1 : Basic level of criticism is Social Media comments about you outside your paid community comments On Facebook or Instagram not good about you.
      Solution : Not to take personally instead IGNORE THEM.
      Level 2 : Newly Paid Customers comments within the Community.
      Solution : Need to take it as serious feedback, and fix it .Try to understand as to where there’s a communication gap, either the right intention or the path is not set clear or misexpectation on their side.

      Sol : Just ignore them and bless them without reacting. But if their intention is to bring your mistake infront of world which is genuine then accept it also apologize if needed.
      Level 4 : one should be very cautious while in communication and not to get into any type of main stream media criticism.
      Sol: If it happens then sort it immediately.
      Level 5: if an Individual works with own value system also surrounded with people not giving the right advice than such Business is not going to survive in long run with a very sad end

      1)where Business not being built on strong values So Code of honour plays a very important role also it protects you from yourself.

      2) Not clear in your communication with your students also not transparent eg. Offer, training, special deal, Maintain trust in closing of deal.

      3) Lack of Success Stories from your students. Success rate of results is very very small, only 5% to 10 % at every Level students actually take action. Measurement of Success is also important.

      4) Not being Consistent in your statement
      Inconsistent in messageing and mission.

      5) You attract more of criticism by thinking of of it. What you focus on expands.

      6) your products or services need to be improved, should be upto the mark.

      7) Knowledge that is shared need to be applied by you first and then expect other to impliment, make sure to have skills set, knowledge and aptitude for it.

      9) Prioritise are not set Right.Like Mission first, Community second and Me third. After you working more on youself and gain clarity on your Goals and Visions then you need to set priorities. The true magic of Success will Start growing and making things tangibly visible.

      10) genuinely u may need to improve your Self as a person if you are not growing. As in above point 8 and 9.

      who Praise in public but always give constructive criticism in private having right Mindset.

      1. Either get excited or ignore on any comments you get on social media. Acknowledge and thank genuine feedback.
      2.Think calmly and address the situation without trying to justify in genuine case.
      3.if any miscommunication then apologize and if the feedback is not in genuine then answer them in calm way using logic and numbers

      4. Never Bash anybody down
