      Coaches are going down, they have no evolved themselves over a period of time. We r going through reset time.

      5 Factors – that will make coaching business sustainable
      1) Product – continously improving your product eg Google, apple

      2) Brand – following 100percent the system sidz shown. Replicated ILH system.

      3) Trust : Trust has to be earned. By delivering value. Stopped focusing on giving results to students, those coaches don’t get success. Don’t neglect students results.

      4) Results – Documenting students results – small , big all types of results needs to be documented. Gathering the results on Trust pilot and other platforms.

      5) Innovation- At all levels – product, sales, at the product level, at the journey of your student

      All this help in coming out of blood bath.

      Rising customer acquisition cost – problem in India

      Those who are able to nurture their communities well, organic marketing well are able to keep acquisition cost is low.

      Problem with most of the coaches is they are only interested in selling coaches. Not in nurturing . This requires complete different mindset.

      Most of the coaches who are not from ILH , they are selling course in the form of the commodity.

      What you need to do if I have to be at fast track and cut through the noise ?

      Key Strategy to be in the Coaching Game to avoid the Blood Bath. Small category is working very well, others are falling through the cracks, slowing down. Only those survive who can sail through even when wind is low, the sailing is tough. In the slow time you re-build your systems, coaching.
      There are 5 factors that will help you survive this reset phase.
      1. Product innovation like google. How they have take AI.
      2. Branding: documenting their stories, written book, documenting student’s stories, physical sessions.
      3. Trust: Can buy attention, but trust has to be earned by achieving student results.
      4. Students Results: Focus on students, documenting small and big wins, getting feedback, reviews from students. This followed by building on these results, feedback.
      5 Innovation at all levels – advertising, journey of the students, customer acquisition, product innovation.

      To be able to cut through the noise, reducing the aquation cost:
      1. Its important to start building a community. Its all about community, community activation.
      2. Set your heart – mission, code of honor, rituals,
      3. Serving your community – meetup, connection, Book Launch, Podcast, value driven content creation, Live Events,
