Excellent Sidz. It was so crisp and insightful. Congruence was explained in the best possible way. Clarity, commitment and curriculum were superbly explained. Content and presentation style was a little difficult to equate. However, Care and conversion were pure eye openers… for over-smarts and for emotionals. Courage was an important part for a coach. And in culture I guess you explained the importance of building a brand.

    • Pankhuri Omar

THe 10 Cs to stand out of the crowd….. we don’t just need to understand and learn them but to also implement them to become a magnetic personality. Let’s dive in!

      1) Congruence- When our thoughts, words and actions align, we become a magnetic personality for others and attract the right kind of people in our life. Unlearn to manipulate and learn to be true to yourself and others so that you don’t need to remember what you said to whom as the answer would be the same for all!

      2) Clarity- Clarity comes when we are having a birds eye view on our vision and can track the steps backwards by understanding ourselves first on how can we make the journey simple for those who will learn from us! THen we become clear with our journey of creation of courses, curriculum and other content. That’s when we are able to deliver value in a short span of time without confusing people

      3) Commitment- If we are not committed in serving others in the most effective way and only focus on making money and looking at people as sales and numbers, we might not justify our mission as people can see through our intentions. Say NO to shortcuts as there is no substitute to hard work!

      4) Curriculum- Visualization of the concepts, ideas and solutions in a structured manner with infographic models in form of figures, charts, or diagrams that improves the retention power greatly effects course deliverability and results for the students. Sidz has explained this brilliantly in his Silver Membership! Must learn if you are a coach!

      5) Content- Our presentation style of delivering the content whether we use a mind map, or a simple ppt or anything that’s unique and easy to grasp knowledge. No ranting or beating around the bush.

      6) Care- Affection for students and care for people universally. We need to work on a deeper level so that people genuinely feel it while listening to you.

      7) Conversion- We need to be damn good. Implementing and practicing many times while being ok with the rejections. If there are les conversions, be ok with it and continue working on yourself. Not everybody is going to buy your product.

      8) Courage- With courage comes strength to stand for something thats bigger than you and voice out something that you truly believe in. Getting out of the sheep mentality of what other people think success is and carving your own niche which we truly believe in and which has worked for us. It needs courage to showcase it to the world and stand by it, even when people don’t agree with you on that point. It’s ok to be disliked by few people.

      9) Culture- Sidz Tribe Building Formula teaches us the mutual respect and support we need to have in order to stand out from the rest of the crowd. Having a code of honour, creating healthy challenges, encouraging growth mindsets within our own community

      10) Charity- Create a community of givers. It’s important for people to imbibe that thought in their minds that in order to give, you need to earn and create more money for yourself. And that’s how you give!

All these are must have Cs to become a magnet and attract the right audience while having that X factor in you!

THanks Sidz… another knowledge bomb here!

      Pankhii

The X Factor components of digital coaching as you mentioned; are congruence, clarity, commitment, curriculum, content, care, conversions, courage, culture, and charity. These each area are equally important and are mental models that represent your habits as a coach. Long back, I read a book, “the Common Denominator of Success”. It starts with the Why of what you are doing; and then it moves on to systems to make it happen: your thoughts, efforts, and energy need to focus on the systems to achieve goals, not the goals themselves. The systems should be designed for success. In every area, we need to look at why successful people are doing something that commoners don’t like doing. This gives me the precise idea to create mental models for these areas of my life. Gratitude Sidz, for sharing this! With You Always.

Amazing Sidz..once again you nailed it…what i realized in my system is that i need to make information as simple as possible so that people can absorb it easily. And i have to be ok with rejections because all of us are different and respect for that space is really important in this journey. Also the people should be able to visualize the goal i talk about …so i will have to employ visualization techniques.

The X Factor that would stand one from ordinary others is surmised in 10 Cs. Let me explain them:

Congruence- It is to be authentic. That is to be aligned in thoughts, words, and actions. What we think inside gets expressed outside in words and actions. The same talk, delivered by two different people, impacts us differently. It is not what one says but what he is as a person. People see the intention behind it very quickly.

Clarity – “Brevity is the soul of wit ” it is said. Confusion in the mind translates into other people’s minds. And no one likes to be confused. So, the message is to be simple, straight, candid, and to the point to bring in the impact/result.

Commitment- Commitment is the greatest virtue and brings large returns as compound interest. It is doing the things committed on regularity/consistently without any procrastination.

Curriculum – As a digital knowledge giver it is not giving loads of information but presents them in a crisp easily understandable and implementable format. It should have the elements to catch their attention. It needs to be put in an attractive structure in a simple manner.

Content- The curriculum needs to have lots of content and they need to be put in the right sequence and need to prepare well to dovetail into each other to get clarity.

Care- It is rightly said, people don’t care how much you know but appreciate how much you care about them. This caring attitude to help others pulls them to you like a strong magnet attracts iron fillings.

Conversions- Many people are very adept at delivering but don’t have the skill to convert them to a client or members of their tribe. In digital coaching or teaching, and consulting if the conversion does not happen, it is a lose-lose situation for both. The client does not get the benefit and you don’t get the chance to impact their lives positively. Selling is the biggest skill one needs to learn to be successful.
Courage-Having conviction in the mission and vision is not enough if one doesn’t have the courage to go after it. Normally most people live their lives in conformity, following others/ the masses in a herd mentality. To be a leader one needs to be brave to go after his worthy dream with the self-discipline of consistent practice.

Culture -It is the culture that shapes a community. A culture of empathy, collaboration, cooperation, mutual trust, respect, and transparency is the glue that binds the members of a community. As a Digital Coach and consultant, one needs to imbibe these things in members from the very beginning.
Charity- Charity is giving things, and helping others without expecting anything in return with the basic trust that what goes around also comes around. It is said, “The earth does not keep any debt. If one plants a seed, it comes back many fruits”. In charity, the return may not come back from the same person but will come from somewhere- that is a natural law. We are what we are because of the selfless love of parents, friends, and society. The schools we studied, Institutions we worked in are some of the things we got because of the charity of some people unknown to us. Charity maintains a steady flow of resources to keep them vibrant. It is the ultimate virtue.

Just completed today’s inner circle call where I shared a post of my learning’s which says…Today’s inner circle call was all about C’s.. The first set..C= see ( looking inwards ) , Check, Connect ( Self) , Choose, Change.. The second set.. Challenge, Commit, Connect ( Community).. The next.. Conviction, Confidence, Clarity…. And the last.. Charge, Conquer, Call ( to action ) , Create, Complete and Clap…The words I picked from the shared interviews..And I came to this podcast after the inner circle call gets over… to complete it as a task for the day as given in the time-table. I hear this podcast for the first time. It’s all about the C’s.. What do I say ? Is it some coincidence.. some clue.. ? For me , it’s the connect again.. 🙂 Thank you..
So my learning’s from the podcast….
To develop an X factor …
      As the quote says..
The rule is : The basics are the basics.. and you can’t beat the basics.

I always upvote anyone striving to preserve and foreground one’s own individuality. Of the 10 C’s that play a role in developing our X-factor, Congruence, Care, and Courage standout to me. Through a spiritual lens, once our niche causes an inner surge in energy levels and turns out to be congruent with our backstory, any product/service delivered around this niche would more certain be a bumper hit. Truly caring for our customers’ progress and wellbeing will make us more indispensable in the market thereby contributing to an aura and an X-factor around us. Having the courage and conviction to stand for a larger vision that is beyond us will make fans out of our customers and community members.

When social media is full of influencers, one more will not make any difference to people unless you stand out. In this crowded market place the following 10 things, X factors will highlight one among the crowd:
Congruence- walking the Talk. Aligned in thought, words, and actions, which means transparency in what you do.
Clarity- The communication is to be straight, brief and to the point. Meaning very easy to understand. Simplifying everything. There is greater virtue in simplifying things, it is said.
Commitment- Meaning doing what is promised. Delivering as per promise. Standing by one’s words. It is one of the greatest virtues.
Curriculum- the courses, and the curriculum needs to be of good quality and of the highest value proposition to the customers. It is not about giving lot of data or information but directing towards results.
Content- contents are building blocks of communication, value addition, and curriculum. They should attract customers and entice them to focus. They need to be interesting to glue them to it.
Care- It is not what you teach but how you teach and more than that, who you are. Customers won’t care what you know but how much care you have for them.
Conversion- It is all about you marketing yourself and your product. It is a great skill to sell. Unless conversion happens there is no further value addition.
Culture- It is all about your personality, behaviour, the tonality of conversation, and the way you communicate. People always prefer a supporting, trusting, and dependable culture.
Charity- Charity again is all about care and sharing your wealth with less fortunate, it attracts the grace of the Almighty. Service to mankind is service to God. It attracts blessings and luck.
