Today, there's considerable hype about funnels, with many believing that setting up and launching a funnel system over the weekend is sufficient. However, there's more to it than meets the eye. In this discussion, I will decode the essence—the body and soul—of a truly profitable funnel.

I've accumulated over ten years of experience in building funnels, starting with my first project for Jack Canfield, designed to fill a room with over a thousand people. Other noteworthy projects include a funnel for Robert Kiyosaki and significant campaigns for Tony Robbins, where we invested up to £10,000 daily to promote events in London from 2014 to 2016.

Contrary to the prevailing belief that technology and tools are the end-all and be-all of successful funnels, I've gathered data to show that there's much more beneath the surface. In the current market, many look for quick solutions, launching their funnels hastily over the weekend with high expectations. Often, without a solid foundation—the 'soul' of the funnel—these projects inevitably fall flat.

This podcast aims to raise awareness about the importance of understanding and analyzing the soul of your funnel before diving into its body. While many discussions focus solely on the external aspects—the 'body' of the funnel—it's the internal game that truly drives profitability and sustainability.

My personal experience and clear sense of purpose have allowed my funnel to function effectively for the past five years without any major adjustments.       These are my takeaways about Funnel Building.
      Both the soul and body of funnel building matter.
      People need to know why they are doing what they are doing. This constitutes the soul of the funnel.
      There are six aspects to the soul of a funnel.
      1) It has to be congruent with our backstory.
      2) The intention is important.
      3) Delivery style – the way we teach – plays a significant role.
      4) Personal values attract our customers. Who we are as a person, what our core beliefs are and what we stand for determine the quality of our tribe!
