In the Online space video, audio, text, pre-recorded video, live streaming video, there is a podcast in audio, In-text long form, and short form of text. But the building blocks of any effective communication or eloquence lies in the words that you use. Words are fundamental blocks of great communication. Keep simple and effective.

It’s not about showcasing yourself .The point is keep it simple and clear communication.
# The 1st step is learning .Consume lot of content and makes lots of notes.

Try to model your mentor not only absorb .keep the watch on modulation of voice and digest .

1. Listen: Listen and learn twice the time you speak. Consume and document learnings. Take notes and revise them to fix into the mind.

How to bring Eloquence and flow in Your communication- 5 Tips
When we want to communicate it’s not much about the words/ vocabulary, it’s about communicating the message heart to heart and the content should connect with the audience and the floe and eloquence is only part of it. The blend of both ie., the ability to deliver with the flow and also connect at a deep level
The idea of a Podcast is not to edit but to go with the flow, at the same time giving maximum value
Types of Communication:
1. Offline- communication on 1-2-1, or maybe to a small group. In offline we need to be good listeners first. Listen to twice the proportion than what you speak. (2 ears and 1 mouth)
2. Online – communication through Video, Audio or Textural. In the video, it can be Pre-recorded video or live streaming video. When it is audio, it can be a podcast.
3. textural communication can be long-form or short-form style.
A great communicative eloquence comes with words. They are as important as water to our bodies. Words are the fundamental building blocks of communication. Words need not be high class or jargons that people don’t understand. Not to show the prowess of how good you are with words or the rapporteur of the words we use, that may intimidate some of the audience who do not know what it is. But it is to keep it simple and straight and effective. Improve the vocabulary that is required to talk about your topic.
The 5 steps to make a cyclical habit to improve eloquence with every piece of work.
1. Learning is how and what you feed your mind. Like listening twice then you speak. Listening to audiobooks, and podcasts, watching videos of mentors (5-6 -7 hours a day initially), Consuming a lot, taking notes and documenting the learning, keep the notes in digital for as apple notes.
2. Assimilate and digest the notes: Take notes, reflect back and assimilate and understand it. Use mind maps, Think about mind maps and store them. Once you make and learn notes, put them on mind maps before recording a video or podcast. Once The mind map Is done, and assimilated, create some mental model or formula for the content. Learn and crystallize into your own model. Try to see and follow the mentors, how they are doing it (Vicz/ Blair), How they say it, communicate effectively. And bring them as examples, like examples of hooks & punchlines they use, the way they deliver it, tonality, speed of the voice, how intense/soft it should be, the voice modulation.
3. Copywriting: To speak eloquently you need to write more. Some of the great speakers are good at expressing the words and the written copy. They have ability to influence people with words that are written. Course Copywriting mastery That will help in writing long-form mails, or sales letters. Learn a few power words that will connect with the audience, making a scrapbook of catchy headlines (200-300 headlines that are catchy) which will give ideas to create an impressive landing page and headlines. SO headlines, power words, and saving ads and develop a habit of writing one textural post every day in Linkedin /Facebook or Twitter in short formats. ALos writing Emails and expressing stories every day. Follow the templates to write stories and information-based posts.
4. Sharing: what you know in your own words in the form of short or long-term videos or podcasts when recording taking help of what you have written. During podcasts, you can close your eyes and speak, in the video, use mind maps and pictures to make it more pleasing to the audience. It boils down to value per minute or retention till the end
5. Practice: Do one piece of content every single day for 90 days. 4-5 Years: 600 webinars, 100s of personally written Emails,100s of social media posts personally written. Outsourc=ing may not be useful if done prematurely, the copy water must be very good and should know how exactly you communicate.
Once you finish 5 steps, again go back to step 1 and go through all steps, with a challenge to write every day for 90 or 180 days. And make this a cyclical habit where you learn-do- teach simultaneously. This brings transformation in getting flow and eloquence.
If you do this enough with practice, when you are asked to speak, you can easily pullout from mind maps and mental models, pull them really quick and speak.You will be in a position to talk or answer on any topic especially in interviews ad podcasts
So, eloquence does not come overnight, it requires efforts

OnLine has video, audio, text, and so on -yet building blocks lie in the words used for communication. Usage of words, the right words is really important and how to use them is critical.
Improving vocabulary is important yet not become bombastic and unapproachable.
Step 1 – What do you feed your mind?
This is important because what goes in has to do with what comes out. Consume, take notes, document the learning is key.
Step 2 – are you reflecting back on what you learned? That’s important – by putting your notes on a Mindmap – that organizes the information better and that’s the assimilation of the knowledge. This helps create mental models. Creating these models helps create a pattern of your own – try also get your own role models or influencers whose words – will impact you. Tonality, notes, soft or sharp, is how things impact.
Step 3 – Eloquence has to come from copywriting – the ability to influence people by the written word. Use of power words, use of catchy headlines. Writing story or paragraph or tweet thread or post daily is a critical thing. If you don’t write everyday its difficult to get eloquence.
Step 4 – Step 4 is also about creating audio and video stories. How much value are you delivering per minute in either video or audio is key.
Step 5 – By creating one piece of content daily for the next 90 days is key to your own ability to deliver more value daily. This is about practice and how you create value simply by sharing – the ability to learn, do and share or teach daily is going to become critical for how your eloquence grows.

1st Step: Learning – What you feed your mind…. my realization is – more we learn more the concepts, ideas, topics become clear to me and thus I can communicate those effectively.
2nd Step: Assimilate Notes – a) Digest notes and reflect back going to the notes (maybe by mindmaps…, though I have my own note writing style and marking style on it 😊) and yes, reflecting back is very important as taking notes without digesting it is just like garbage and without reflecting back, there is no use to have it.
b) Based on assimilation, start to create models, formulae
c) Model Learning from Influencers – Observe what they are doing and how they are doing and model it and grasp it. (Here I have to say one thing Sidz.. and that is – after joining Successgyan as student I made one video on some topic and just few days before when I was watching it again then I have found that I have told the word “right” in your style for at least 3-4 times within that 2 minutes…. I didn’t do it intentionally but I don’t know how it was happened. 😊)
3rd Step: Write more – Writing texts everyday will make someone great communicator as writing style sees improvement and simultaneously speaking style becomes also improved. Another thing is – gaining vast knowledge through this also happens which helps in effective communication.
Maintaining scrapbook on catchy headlines and power words is good idea to keep those for future use in my memory.
4th Step: Sharing – it is another form of caring for others and myself. It can be done by making videos, creating audios, publishing texts and share.
5th Step: Practice – writing at least 1 piece every day. Practice makes us perfect.
Moreover, eloquence doesn’t come overnight, but it can come through diligent efforts done through a period.

step#2: Assimilate – Digest – process the information is mind-USE MIND MAPS -For ease of recollection , like we call – manthan and chintan after shravan in the spiritual jargon . Visualize the mental moods of the communicator . Model what the mentors/ Influencer – on what they are doing , how they are able to connect – look at the Hooks, Punchlines , tenor, speed, voice modulation for effective communication.
step#3: Write More – Use power words – become a copywriter , map -and write – Headlines – Maintain scrap book , saving attractive Ads as learning umbrella .

2. Assimilate – digest the notes, create mind maps, put notes to mind maps to process information, Look for Mental models of Experts, Influencers, Mentors. Watch how they say and what they say, their hooks, punch words, tonality.
3. Written words – copy writing, some of best Influencers have best copy writing skills. Learn power words to stir emotions in your audience, maintain a scrap book for catchy headlines, power words, ads. Follow the Template for better and effectively writing.
4. Start sharing in your own words – in short or long videos, value per my minute is important to retain audience till the end of the content.
5. Practice one piece of content everyday – emails, podcast, videos. Do not outsource copy writing.
6. Get back to step number 1

It is an important aspect of a leader to communicate well and more so for a teacher, coach, or consultant.
Communication is a skill and could be learned as any other skill.
There are three ways we communicate- by writing, speaking-visual & Audio in the online world.
There is a process of learning to communicate eloquently.
1. Input- reading and researching topics and taking notes.
2. Assimilating things learned by making a model using a mind map. creating a flow chart.
3. Writing daily and posting it on social media will improve copywriting and the use of words powerfully.
4. Making short and long-form video and audio content daily on subjects learned will improve speech and eloquence and confidence to stand and speak
5. Discipline of practice- that is learning and writing and speaking on a daily basis will build courage, and confidence and bring eloquence with an emotional connection with the audience.

If you are a good listener, you are a great speaker. You should listen twice as much as you speak.
Building blocks of any communication or eloquence lie with the words being used. Words are elements of great communication.
The words used should be simple, and straight, and make it effective.
5 areas of communication are: 121, 12many, Video / Audio – Online, and Text, fundamental blocks are words used.
The 5-step cyclical process to improve your eloquence and flow.
1. Learning: What you feed your mind, researching topics and taking notes.
2. Assimilate: When you are processing information allow experts and influencers. When you are learning from mentors and influencers you aspire to become or you are able to do what they are doing. See if you are able to model what they are doing. You need to digest the way things are done.
3. Write: If you want to get eloquence in your speech or flow, you need to write more, written words, and copywriting. The Best marketers in the world are fabulous copywriters. Great influencers use the written copy.
4. Share: Help people with templates to write stories and information-based posts and share.
5. Practice: Learning, writing, and speaking daily will increase confidence and bring eloquence to the audience.

My takeaways interspersed with my thoughts:
Develop a good ear. The more you listen keenly, better the clarity of thought which will translate to fluency in speech. Communicate HEART to HEART and that will provide the added impetus to our fluency. Develop a penchant for WORDS for they are the elixir of verbal communication.
