In this process , Those leaders and facilitators that you have empowered will help people just to give back to your community but for not sake of money .

      11) KEEP WEEDING OUT JOKERS 🧍‍♂️ : Those who don’t aligned with their goals try to weed out them . If customer feels that your product is not meeting their expectations , Don’t be tight fisted to give refunds and give refunds instantly . Customers happiness and customers alignment is number one thing that you have to develop in your business .

      12) FOCUS ON LEARNING NEW THINGS 📝 : Learn new things and implement them on daily basis . Only when you have time and space to learn new things then you will be able to create a difference in your Community .

The way you deliver in Webinars , courses (In understanding and easy way) and the way how you interact with your fellow community members and making them help each other to get things done , These are the things to be done so that your customers will have real satisfaction and great learning experience .

      1. Know your process, so that some can follow in my absence just like I would.
      2. I love to fact to keep a general manager to manage like I would for communication on daily basis.
      3. Purity and the way things are presented while being a people person, gets us a long way.

Those are my biggest 3 takeaways.

It is highly innovative of Sidz to have migrated from 35 employees’ run agency model to system driven three Employee model . The impetus has been to be profitable with freedom – the core objective of his business model. The sixteen point evolved strategy for the same has been outlined in this podcast viz
      1. Simplicity – driven with optimised own resources and frugality in personal spending – standing on minimalism foundation .
      2. Learned to say No to new opportunities – which focused on only on earning rather than adding value to his customer-base
      3. No meeting with his team- unless it was required or warranted . No news is good news
      4. Meetings are of less than 15 mins duration focusing on giving clarity to the team and duration is enough because there is sufficient preparation prior to the meeting . to avoid repetition of instructions, the meetings are recorded and circulated so that people can get clarity ongoing
      5. Use Whats app voice note of 1-2 mins – to drive home the clarification or action points . And the team comprises of Operations Manager, Content and Video Editor manager and Accountant (?)
      6. Instead of heavy base of employee pyramid- there is more emphasis on virtual vendors who are project specific hired- freelancers and not on payroll
      7. Systemized processes – which work like an organism – various parts in sync with the whole .
      8. No micro-management – as employees as he opts to flow like water . People value each others’ time and are action, target driven .
9.There is no BOSS concept as Teams are allowed to make mistakes and evolve
      10. Empowering Leaders – with special training from within the #ILH family( Hall Of Fame ) who volunteer to give back to this community with no expectations – money – as they have grown and want others also to grow. This approach has a very deep impact on the New Learners , who also want to excel and emulate them. ( Happiness lies in giving rather than receiving )
      11. Weeding Out the jokers – who are not serious in the challenges of the courses or are some scamsters – including refund
      12. Focus on learning New things on DAILY basis – and then follow the triangle- Learn, Do, Train – cyclically
      13. Provide space and energy to Think Out of the Box, by dedicating one day as ” Thinking Day ”
      14. Strive to Enhance and Ensure the customers have a very great experience – not only as end result but also during the journey itself
      15. Invest Big Time in Money And Resources Back into Business – in Technology, Graphics, Videos and Support the cause of customer’s delight AND
      16. Be 100 % Compliant in following Ethical practices including Legal compliance such as payment of taxes on Time – after all value building is the core business principle of the ILH business .
Great ready reckoner for us from Sidz for Digital Coach Business .

Stakeholder relationship management is the core of any business. In game-theory parlance, it is a positive-sum game making win-wins among the stakeholders involved a reality. By building a pyschological safety net for internal team and community members and empowering them will ensure a happy community who will take care of the business. Setting the right expectations helps in weeding out grumpy customers with unrealistic goals. As a freedom business owner, it is important to reinvest time and money in learning, tech, and extreme experimentation to deliver scintillating customer experiences. So a lean team with nearly NO meetings, ability to say NO to opportunities that do not align with the overarching business objectives and always being close to and heedful of customers’ problems helps heaps in scaling a freedom business.
