      Hi Siddharth,
      I am a certified coach (life coach, performance coach and career development coach) but never coached any client. However I have been coaching and mentoring people as a part of my job. for more than 15 yrs now. Thought to build more credibility and authored a book, a real authentic text book. I also visit one of the management college as visiting faculty.

      My challenge is

      1) being in job I cant advertise
      2) Not sure on niche ( Business coach or Life coach, Career development, Start online course)

      Want a 15 min time of yours if possible.

      Today’s era, everyone has an access to knowledge.
      Earlier people with more degrees were called knowledgeable.
      Those who can learn fast,
      Overqualified people who cannot apply that knowledge
      There’s so much water in the ocean but you cannot drink it.
      3-Categories:
      1. Ocean : Overqualified people who cannot apply that knowledge.
      2. Marshy: muddy and shallow-> Jack of all trades, but cannot apply knowledge.
      3. Deep Well: Can apply knowledge creating a well for yourself.

      Experts in 5 segments:

      1. DFY : Do it For You -> Lowest level. Trading your time for service.
      Coming out of technological challenge.
      2. DWY : Do it with You : second level of expert
      3. 1-2-1 : You Do it , I coach. Guidance on what to do.(spend time here to know what market needs). To scale up -> you need to increase your level from here.
      4. Group Coaching : Giving knowledge to many at same time. Much efficient to get faster results for all the members.
      5. Digital Eco System Model: Recorded sessions in packaged courses. Duplicating self. Cross selling.
