      The six important things a digital coach has to do sincerely to be a successful coach they are:
      1. sales – ultimately sales generate the lifeblood of business i.e. Money. Money is the value exchange. It creates momentum in business. But it can’t be done in desperation.
      It requires a solid product or service and an irresistible offer which customers can’t wait to buy.
      Sales are a daily activity. Like a shop owner opens his shop daily for sale. There are various methods to sell – 121, webinar, email, online offline etc.
      2. System-The system succeeds, people fail. So, establishing systems like landing pages, websites, email marketing systems, automating processes and improving them continuously and tweaking them to deliver better results.
      3. Building courses – Building excellent courses which address the pain points of customers and improvising the same with growing experience and expertise will be an important activity of a successful coach. It is not knowledge but the emotional connection which produces results. For the same coach, needs to upgrade his mindset, skill set and tool set on a continuous basis.
      4. Marketing -alliance There are various methods like organic and ad-based or through collaboration, partnership or alliances. In fact, marketing showcases the product and connects coaches to customers. People first buy the coach first, then the product. The vibe of the coach attracts his Tribe. It is adding value before pitching the product for sale.
      5. Finance – Money is an important aspect of business and a coach needs to make a dashboard of numbers to track financial parameters. Money coming in and money going out under multiple sources. The numbers need to be analyzed for correcting the transactions to make the best utilization. A proper time slot is to be earmarked to see these numbers and correct them for better financial results.
      6. Community – the basic principle is to create a digital Ecosystem, a platform to connect the loyal customers. So important is to continuously nurture through consistent content and contacts. It is not the sale of products or services, but to offer them membership to a vibrant community of people supporting each other.
