      Learnings from the podcast
Delay in implementation leads to your own loss.
The biggest competitive advantage is your tribe.
Don’t be a perfectionist and keep improving

      1. Launch phase
      2. Sales phase
      3. Tribe growing phase- nurturing

10 different ideas to get the best ideas from your paid members tribe and use them to dominate your niche

      1. extract ideas from the comments which are posted under your courses and posts, take questions from webinars , keep noting the questions and see what people want and how can you provide
      2. Purchase survey, survey from people who have bought your course through questions
      where are they stuck
      what are their challenge areas
what skills are they looking for

then improve or add new products

      3. Run polls inside your community
      FB group
      Telegram group
      Whatsapp group
Give them a few options from which they can choose

      4. Detailed Q&A sessions for your tribe. These can be any random questions. Anything that is keeping them stuck
      see the patterns

Siddharth Rajashekar (Urf Niche Builder) has given a different outlook to this world to identify Niche to get a much needed help from background which we come from, “Either you are a doctor or Engineer, or you are No good” to very specific skill builder.

Not only he has gained results for him building a massive following of more than 10k community he is able to get predictable results by building system, “as he keeps iterating “People fail, system succeeds”.

I have been following him just for more than 3months now and the clarity which he comes with crystal clear blue print of step by step strategies to bring out a coach within you is just amazing.

Very much looking forward to get a hold of his new book “you can Coach”, a personalized signature would be just an icing on the cake… 😉

From where I come from a mindset of ‘Jack of all, King of None’ is an amazing shift which am sure will be gamechanger for my personal branding and able to focus on one theme to what i like to play with to what I want to become and influence…

I Need to Launch my knowledge business soon to have better advantage.

Because the biggest competitive advantage is not my website, not my design, not my funnel, not my course, not my sell ability.

Biggest competitive advantage is my own tribe.

How I can get best ideas from my paid members to dominate my Niche.

      Don’t think about perfectionism.

      Launch my product first.

Then I can improve my products.

Every day that I delay in launching my knowledge business by getting into the loop of perfectionism or procrastination. To that extent I will loose out on

      Awesome ideas from my tribe.

Some of best ideas come from my own tribe.

      It helps refine positioning.

It is not about quality of my products , how good my selling ability is, how good my design is. All that is secondary.

The biggest competitive advantage is how I can tap into the brains of my tribe.

The sooner I start , the sooner I can grow.

I will only grow when I am under pressure.

Even if I am nurturing a tribe of just 5 people ,50 people , 500 people , 5000 people, the mindset shifts from being just a follower to being a leader.

In a Knowledge business, there is launch phase, 2nd phase is sales phase, 3rd phase is tribe growing phase.

Most knowledge givers don’t focus on nurturing phase. They are just busy selling and they don’t give an ear to what the community wants.

      They are just program sellers.

It’s about membership building and community building and giving a great customer experience. It’s a long term thing and not a short term transaction.

      Top 10 Ideas

Idea 1: To extract ideas from comments posted below your courses or your chat boxes . These comments need not be formal. Make sure that it is addressed in your content next time so it doesn’t come up again. You can take the chat from zoom whatever is being typed by your students . Sidz goes through the comments which are on his platforms to see What is keeping students stuck, what do they need. Addressing these will help improve customer experience and product

Idea 2: purchase survey. As soon as somebody has purchased my product , put them through a survey . Below the 1st video of the 1st course there is a survey present. Capture inputs and demographics, income situation, where are they stuck in the business, biggest challenge areas, what they are looking to learn in the community. It’s a super duper resource, you can improve the product based on their needs.

Idea 3: Polls Inside your community. Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook . Survey is where you are understanding the demographic of your audience. But in case of a poll is where you ask them about specific thing whether they are looking for a podcast or video on a specific topic or some other topic . Few options to choose and you can serve them with the specific content they are looking for.

Idea 4: Detailed Q&A in Inner circle Mastermind. Put a Google form. There is no structure to it. Anything keeping them stuck. It is such an amazing line to say. When you look at those questions, you get patterns, look to address them in my content and in my training. Doing detailed Q&A session

Idea 5: Quarterly survey. With community what more do they want. What is keeping them stuck right now. Puts me back on track to plan for next quarter.

Idea 6: If you do not have level 3, I should. If I am able to create my own leadership council or set of members from my community premium members. Brain storm with them. What we can do better next time. If I am thinking from my own head , it will be limited, but when I am thinking from council of members . These are premium members and not just anybody everybody. This feedback we get is more valuable.

Idea 7 : Success interviews. People who get results from my trainings. Top 3 things that helped them to get results. What 3 things impacted you most inside the community. The feedback becomes validation whether we are on track.

Idea 8: Have a success mastermind. Once in a month . Mastermind of achievers not regular member of the tribe. They should have achieved the result. They need to earn their way in. Welcome all the members. There are lot of new success stories. We do one round of what’s working now and keep documenting that by way of their own implementation, they have learned a new thing. It’s come through their implementation. We end up documenting 40-50 new ideas. It has to happen as a group. These are people in the game who are taking action and getting results. We all come to get results. It helps generate ton of ideas.

Idea 9: Unhappy customers feedback. Say Thank you. Because if you know that the problem can come back again , that is the problem you need to stop. These unhappy customers can be your greatest asset.

Idea 10: Get product ideas from super high premium customers. You can ask them on what else can you offer them, they suggested why don’t you do higher ticket program.

Only factor in all of this is speed of implementation, if I am not quick to implement, its just a waste.

      Stop binging on NetFlix, YouTube

If you don’t have a product, course or system delete all social media apps and get to work.

Sooner I can get to the point of sales. Those customers will be your biggest valuable asset.

Take their feedback and keep improving.

This is a game of not just launching but constant improving on day to day business .

      5. Do a quarterly survey for your paid members
      6. Create a leadership council for brainstorming around what we can do better, how we can improve customer experience, etc.
      7. Success interviews to get feedback and fine-tune focus on what is working
      8. Success mastermind session with achievers – once a month – understand what is working – generate more ideas

How To Dominate Your Niche By Getting Ideas From Your Tribe podcast.
Do not delay in the knowledge business. Don’t deprive yourself of the new ideas you would otherwise get from the paid customers. First launch your product. Improve your sales.
Don’t look for perfection in the first take. You can always improve it and build on from there.
Maximize the power of your tribe. Refine your products taking ideas from your tribe.

Tap into the brain of your tribe – paid members.
You can grow only when you are under pressure.

10 ideas you can get from your tribe (paid members in your ecosystem) and dominate your niche:

Apply even if you have 1 or 5 members
      1. Course Comments, Webinar/Zoom comments: Extract ideas from comments posted by your members (courses, live webinars) — address these points so that the same comments do not come again

      2. Purchase survey – after someone has purchased your product, ask the person to fill up a survey (can post the survey link at the bottom of the first module in the first video course and ask the paid member to fill up) – demographics: Age, Location, Current Income, desired income they are looking for, where are they stuck in the business, what are their challenges, what skills they look for learning in the community) — 1000-s of such survey responses would become a great resource for helping the customers – what to develop new product, enhance the existing product, schedule training to fulfill their needs

      3. Poll: Run a poll inside your community – Google, Facebook group, Telegram group, Whatsapp group — this is slightly different from a survey (survey needs you to know the demographics of your audience, poll doesn’t need one) — give a few options for your audience to choose from — for example, Podcast on x, y, or z; create a course for Topic A, B, or C? — you can get to know where the majority of your audience is aligned

      4. Detailed Q&A session in say, a Weekly Inner Circle Mastermind session — you can put up a Google form – question can be any random question on their business (no structure); next 90 minutes — Ask me anything about what keeps them stuck in the business. Address these questions in the courses, webinars for others to understand

      5. Quarterly Surveys: (Different from the Purchase survey that you conduct for any new member who has purchased the product — Every 3 months, conduct this survey for your paid members — this is for you to understand their demographics) — say, what more do you want, How can I serve you better, What keeps you stuck now/Where are you stuck now –> this can help you create a plan for the upcoming quarter

      6. Awesome idea — Level 3 program – group coaching – Leadership council / premium members in the community — brainstorm with them. Have facilitators in the team — discuss with them. Gather ideas from them. If you are trying to pull all these out from your head, its difficult – because your head is limited -( if more heads are together in this process, it is easy). Have a council of members and brainstorm for ideas

      7. Success Interviews (notice this in ILH the community, Youtube channel, Hall of Fame) — more than 100 members in ILH who have made >Rs. 3 lakhs+ ($5000) — 20-30 minutes duration. Document the success stories Ask questions like — what are the top 3 things that helped you achieve the results/become successful; What are the top three things that impacted you after coming into the ILH community – when you analyze them, it becomes a validation whether you are on the right track + where would you need to focus on; sometimes we tend to neglect what is working in an enthusiasm to try new things. In most cases you don’t need to work on something new and it’s enough if you keep going AND enhance the current product (where needed); the responses to questions also serve as a great feedback (what is really working)– for the achiever, it is a moment of achievement/pride/privilege to be in the limelight and get featured (and the attention), and for the interviewer, it is valuable moment to record the success story, build the social proof (testimonial), or a feedback (good work + focus area), and know what is working well!

      8. Success Mastermind – dominate your niche and tap into the idea of tribe: Mastermind of achievers – members must have earned the right to be here (on invite basis) – monthly format — what is working well based on their experience in their niche (for each Achiever/member) – document them — you get tons of ideas – say 40-50 new ideas (which cannot happen when thinking as one person) – Align on common purpose and mission – get back to the story board to plan to implement these ideas

      9. Unhappy Customers (UH) – You can get the Best ideas from your UC – for example, the customer bought the product, but could not access it immediately, etc. – this would help improve the process and remove the problems. Consider an Unhappy customer also as an asset — UC lets you know the problem and helps you close the gap. Whenever you get Unhappy Customers, Say “Thank You” to them as their feedback help you improve a product or a particular process

      10. Product ideas from Super-high premium customers – Hall of Fame customers- High-ticket customers — ask them what more you can offer — they guide you to improve a product, or give ideas for another high-ticket product as there are people ready to buy…

TONS of ideas” This will serve as your No.1 competitive advantage
      Your product will be unique
You are serving your audience well
Speed of implementation — Be quick to implement — otherwise it will be waste even if you have tons of ideas. Build you product, Launch it, Make the sales. Then use the social media for advertisement/marketing etc.
Ban the Social Media for sometime. Get to WORK. Generate Sales. Even single digit customers can be a great asset to you! Serve them well! They are going to give you lots of ideas…Ask them questions, get their feedback, keep improving your product/system!
This is not a game of just Launching your product — this is a game of consistent and constant improvement and tinkering the knowledge business machine/system on a day-to-day basis — to make it valuable to your customers that people want to be a part for a long time

Give a great customer experience — listen to them!

The Most Important point which I extracted from the Podcast was to implement my Knowledge Business and start building my Community ASAP.

Focus has to be on this activity of Community Building and nurturing after the Product is Launched.

Once the Community is formed, the following are the Key Solutions to Dominate my niche.

      1. To Extract ideas from the comments on my courses or on my Chat Box. Comments are important and is a valuable way to find gather information and ideas. This will project patterns of what the Community Members have in mind and will provide me with very useful information so as to offer more valuable content to my Tribe, creating a more satisfying experience to Community Members.

      2. Purchase Survey.
Questions on how to serve better. This tool should be implemented to gather feedback from my Audience on how to improve or add more products thereby provide more value. Also useful to gather demographic information of Members and where they are stuck.

      3. Run Polls inside the Community.
This tool will help to gather information as to what the audience really wants out of a number of options offered to them.

      4. Detailed Q&A sessions in your Inner Circle.
Detailed Q&A sessions with my Inner Circle to resolve problem areas as to why certain Members are stuck without being able to proceed to the final Goal of Launching their Knowledge Business. This is essentially helpful to clear grey areas and get over hurdles of Members who are stuck.

      5.Quaterly Surveys.
To be held every 3 months within the Community to Trouble Shoot problems related to delay in starting their Knowledge Business and also to find out on how to add more value to my Courses.

      6. Create my own Leadership Circle.
Create a set of Leaders in my Tribe which is an excellent idea to Brain Storm new ideas and problem areas.

      7. Success interviews
Interviews done on success stories. Success stories can be documented. Questions like what 3 points helped achievers to reach their Goal. This will provide me valuable feedback to Focus on what really works.

      8. Have a success Master Mind.
“The Master Minds” is a category where Community Members have to pass certain criteria, to be chosen/invited to join. The Key point of discussion would be to ask them as to what’s really working for them. During these sessions always 40-50 new ideas are documented which could be used to improve and provide a better product to make an impact.

      9. Best ideas are from unhappy customers.
Unhappy Customer Feed Back is important and should be appreciated. Provides an opportunity to iron out problems and prevent repeat of the same problem over and over again.

      10. Get product ideas from premium customers.
Get ideas from Premium Members which will help to design new levels and courses.

If the above 10 ideas are implemented there’s no doubt that my Curriculam/Course would dominate my niche.

Another Great Learning Experience Sidz. Thank you and More Power To You!!!

How To Dominate Your Niche By Getting Ideas From Your Tribe-

      My Learnings From This Podcast-

The more you delay your launch of your knowledge business the lesser the advantage you have because your biggest competitive advantage in the marketplace it is not your website, funnels, design, quality of courses, selling abilities not of that stuff. Your biggest competitive advantage in the marketplace is your own tribe .

In a knowledge business there are 3 different phases-

      1. The Launch Phase- Where you are designing your system, creating your courses and launching them.

      2. Sales Phase- Where you are getting more sales and the customers start to come into your system.

      3. Tribe Growing Phase- Where you have to nurture the tribe and then they grow from there. And most knowledge givers they really don’t focus on the nurturing part so much. Once everything is set up and launch they just in the business of sales like doing the webinars, whatsapp class, workshop only selling, selling, selling and selling and not even giving a ear to what the community wants. Most people out there are product seller or program base seller.

10 Ways To Extract More Ideas From Your Paid Members-

      1. To extract Ideas from the comments that are posted below your courses or in your chatbox. If you are doing live trainings you can extract comments from the zoom chat. If you are doing a pre recorded courses you can look some patterns or ideas. So that’s the first place where you can get alot of ideas on how you can improve your products and customers experience.

      2. A Purchase Survey- So as soon as somebody has purchased your product you can immediately put them through a survey just telling them hi thank you for buying your product I am looking forward to serving you more inside my community. If you can answer few questions I am more than happy to serve you.

      3. You can run a poll inside your community- Let’s say you are running a facebook group you can run a poll over there or you have telegram group you can run a poll over there or a whatsapp group you can also run a poll over there. When you are having a group you can run a poll which is slightly different from a survey. In survey you need to go deeper into to understand the demographic of your audience.

      4. You can do detailed Q&A session In your weekly inner circle calls- In these masterminds put a Google form and ask people to ask questions. Now these could be any random questions anything that’s keeping them stuck. Do 60mins – 90mins Q&A in your inner circle mastermind.

      5. Quarterly Survey- In every three months do a quarterly survey with your customers and ask them what they really want, how else can I serve you and where they are stuck right now.

      6. If you don’t have your level 3 program you should. If you are able to create your own leadership council or a set of members of your community premium members and brainstorm with them. If you are thinking with your own head it’s going to be very limited but if you are able to bring councils of members that kind of feedback you are getting from them is something that you can value.

      7. Success Interviews- Document the success stories in your community. This will give you alot of ideas and feedback from all the achievers.

      8. Have A Success Masterminds- Bring all the achievers together once in a month and have a masterminds with them. At the end of each masterminds you will get alot of ideas .

      9. You will get some best ideas from your unhappy customers. You need to improve your process with these unhappy customers feedback.

      10. Get product ideas from your premium customers- You can ask your high ticket customers what they want from the product, what new things to add etc.

” Your greatest asset is your tribe and rest of the things are just secondary.” This sentence itself says a lot. Basically there are three phases of any knowledge business:
      1. Launch phase
      2. Sales phase
      3. Tribe nurturing phase
People focus more on first and second one but forget to focus on the third one which leads to failure. To build a knowledge is not a short term game, but it is a long lasting game.

There are 10 strategies through which you can dominate your niche i.e. you can put your time into research and can improve your product.

      1. To extract ideas from the comments
Every article you write has some comments below it. You can just read those comments and you would get some ideas.

      2. A purchase survey
When anyone purchases your course provide some acknowledgement of welcoming him/her inside your community and put him/her through a survey.
You can include many things inside this survey starting from age, current income status to skills they look forward to learning inside the community.

      3. Poles
Give your community member few options to and tell them to chose a single one.

      4. Q & A sessions
You can plan a 90 minute webinar where you can ask your community members to ask anything about what is keeping them stuck to go further.

      5. Quarterly surveys
Every three months you put your community members through a survey asking about what are there further expectations and what they want. This will put you back to the track.

      6. Leadership counsel

Your Biggest Competitive Advantage is your tribe. Great Insight from the Master of Digital Coaching :
As you engage with your tribe, week after week, you get to know what can be done to serve them better. It is not the quality of your product, or your sales funnel, that gives you the competitive advantage, but how one can tap into the brains of one’s paid customers and serve them better .
There are 3 stages to launch any knowledge business, that of 1)Designing, 2)Sales and 3)Nurturing the Tribe, and most knowledge givers don’t focus on nurturing their tribe after a sale . It is essential to give better customer experience for long term loyalty by implementing these 10 brilliant ideas.
      1. Extracting ideas from the comments posted below one’s course videos and Zoom Webinar Chats and addressing the repeated questions to improve one’s product and customer experience.
      2. Doing a Purchase survey immediately after a sale with questions to capture inputs on the demographics of the customer. This has been a super resource for improving and scheduling a better Product.
      3. Running a poll within the community to get inputs on what audience wants from them .
      4. Doing detailed Q& As in the weekly Inner Master mind circle calls, to get answers to questions on where and how people are stuck in their business.
      5. Doing Quarterly Surveys to get response to what else can be done for the tribe and developing the quarterly plans.
      6. Creating a Leadership Council or a facilitator group to brainstorm with them to increase the customer experience.
      7. Documenting the success stories during the Success Interviews to validate 3 top results on what has been tried, what is working and what needs improvement. The interviewee gets the limelight , but the results provide valuable validation to what has been tried, feedback and focus on what works as a social proof .
      8. Bringing the achievers together once a month for a Success Mastermind meeting to discuss what is working and capture brilliant ideas from those who are in the game and aligned towards the common mission.
      9. Capturing inputs from unhappy customers to help in improving the process and being grateful to them , as the best ideas to stop any further glitches are provided by them,
      10. Getting Product ideas from Premium and High ticket customers who keep requesting for higher value added products to be launched.
The sooner you launch a product and get your tribe, the better it is in the longer run Your biggest competitive advantage in the market place is your own community. If you have to dominate your niche, you need to implement all of the above ideas into your digital coaching business.

Delaying our launch of the Knowledge business by ways of perfection or procrastination will make us loose some awesome ideas from our own times.

Engagement with them will help us to understand what they need, refine our whole positioning.

Our biggest competitive advantage for us would be in how we can tap into the brains of our paid students. The sooner we will start, the sooner we will grow. And we will only grow only under pressure.

3 Phases of a knowledge system:
      Phase 1: Launch Phase.
      Phase 2: Sales Phase
      Phase 3: Tribe Phase

In the knowledge business it is important to nurture the community and lend a year to see what the community wants. Its not all about selling and selling.

Its not about product selling but its about membership building, community building and giving up a great customer experience in long term.

      10 IDEAS:

      1. COMMENTS BELOW OUR COURSE VIDEOS/ZOOM CHATS: To extract ideas from the comments that are posted below our courses or in our chat box. In these, we can see some pattern what people are asking for.
      2. PURCHASE SURVEY: As soon as some buys our product, we can immediately put them through a survey, and we can capture a lot of demographic information and capture lots of details. Based on their needs, we either improve the products / add new products / schedule our trainings to fulfill their needs to what they have.
      3. RUN POLLS: … inside our community (in Telegram/ Facebook/etc.) Give them some choice of topics and ask them to choose on which one we can make our
      4. DETAILED Q&A SESSIONS DURING OUR INNER CIRCLE MASTERMINDS, every Thursday and ask people to ask us questions. Ask me anything that is making you stuck. Then eventually over time, it will become a question bank. 60-90min Q&A sessions.
      5. QUARTELY SURVEY: To be done in our community, every three months finding what more do they want. How else can we serve them? What’s keeping them stuck? This overall survey will keep us back on track and create plans for the quarter.
      6. HAVE OUR OWN LEADERSHIP COUNCIL: We SHOULD have L3 course like a Leadership Council with a set of premium members in our community, we can brainstorm with them. We can even have a facilitators group in our community and we can brainstorm together and find out what can we do better next time and how we can improve the customer experience?
      7. SUCCESS INTERVIEWS: In the Hall of Fame interviews that can go on for 20-30mins, we can ask them the questions like “What were the top three things that have actually helped you to get results? What are the 3 things that have impacted you the most after coming into our community?” So once we get to hear the answers from them, we get a validation to know that yes, we are on the right track and also on where we need to focus on what is really working.
      8. HAVE A SUCCESS MASTERMIND: Once in a month, we can invite all the Hall of Fame members and we can have our own mastermind. We can do one round of what is working for them and we can keep document the same. Because by way of their own implementation, they have learnt some new things. They sometimes have some brilliant ideas.
      9. GET BEST IDEAS FROM OUR UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS: Whenever we get some unhappy feedback from some our customers, say thankyou, because we’ve got to stop such problems that we know that could come back again. So they will become one of our greatest asset because they will show us what we should not do or how we can improve a particular process.
      10. GET PRODUCT IDEAS FROM OUR SUPER-HIGH PREMIUM CUSTOMERS: We can ask them on what else we can offer them.

If we are able to tap into these 10 different areas, we will have a ton of ideas and this will be our #1 competitive advantage in the marketplace.
No one will be able to come close to us as we would then be unique and we are directly serving our audience.
And for all this, we should have the SPEED OF IMPLEMENTATION, else even if we will have all the ideas in the world, if we will not be quick to implement that, it will be just a waste. So get to work, stop procrastinating, get to work, build your products. Get to the point generating sales soon, and even initially if we will have just 4-10 customers, these customers will be our BIGGEST VALUABLE ASSETS! Give them a great customer experience and listen to them. Ask them questions and take feedback from them and keep improving the system. This is not a game of just launching product. It’s a game of constant improving on a day to day basis and tinkering that entire knowledge business machine that we have into something really valuable that people will want to be a part of for a long time.

Thank you for sharing 10 golden nuggets Sidz.

Here are my learnings from the podcast:

      1. Be fast in implementation. The more you delay the launch of your course, you will lose the advantage of that niche.
      2. Build your tribe. That’s your biggest competitive advantage.
      3. Don’t be trapped in perfectionism. Act. Launch the course. So that you can create the tribe which will help you come up with fresh new ideas.
      4. Each day you delay your business is like getting delayed by a month.
      5. Engage with your tribe every week. It will give you ideas about their problems. You can position yourself based on their problems. The more you get to know the problems, the better your positioning will become.
      6. We get deluded by the website we create for ourselves, the design of box covers, the funnel and ads. The real gold lies in the brain power of the paid students. Their ideas are the competitive advantage.
      7. The sooner you start. The sooner you will grow.
      8. You grow when you are under pressure.
      9. Even if we have 1 student, we will feel responsible towards serving them. That sense of responsibility will make us look out for ways to add value to the tribe.
      10. There are 3 phases in a knowledge business:
      a. Launch Phase: Designing and creating systems and courses
      b. Sales Phase: Start Selling courses, Add customers
      c. Tribe Growing Phase: Grow and nurture your tribe
      11. Most common mistake people make is not nurturing the tribe. Once the sales pick up people focus more on adding more customers. They forget about taking feedback from their customers.
      12. As part of ILH, we are into community building and not product selling. It is about giving a great customer experience.
      13. It’s not about a short-term transaction. It’s a long-term relation.
      14. Listening is very important. Listen to what your customer is saying. Extract ideas from the comments in your courses or chatbox.
      15. Identify a pattern in the comments or questions asked by the customers.
      16. Address the common patterns you observed. Record a podcast or write a blog or do a live session to address it. Or address in next webinar as a common objection.
      17. As soon as someone becomes a member of your community, take them through a survey. Ask them how you can serve them. Make them feel valued and heard.
      18. Go through the survey results to improve, add or modify a product.
      19. Conduct frequent polls inside the community. Ask them questions. Accordingly spend your focus and energy on the topic of importance.
      20. Do detailed Q & A session in your weekly connects. Allow people to ask questions. Answer their queries. People appreciate when their queries are addressed real time.
      21. You can use those question to later make content like podcast or blog or live session.
      22. Do quarterly survey. Structure the surveys in such a way that moment the customer joins the community they are asked for their inputs. Weekly once Q & A, Frequent polls, quarterly surveys. So you will remain in constant touch with the customers.
      23. Ask them not only about current product but about future expectations as well. What new products do they want?
      24. Create a L3 group coaching format. Conduct live audits. It will help other members as well. They will get ideas to fie tune their courses and products or systems.
      25. Create a strategic think tank. Brainstorm with L3 members for better ideas.
      26. Get product ideas from your L3 council. Discuss about new products, pricing.
      27. Conduct success interviews. Document success stories. Ask people what helped them get results. What were their challenges?
      28. It will give you a validation of what is working right in your system.
      29. Have a success mastermind. Meet the successful customers once a month. Brainstorm, discuss on what’s working for each of them. Learn from best practices. Document the new ideas.
      30. Get ideas from unhappy customers as well. It will give you feedback to improve your systems.
