I have experienced this negative criticism also as i was working in toxic corporate working culture in a job before Covid19 in MNC (in USA) in Mumbai and so i am good in handling them with my Silence and Gratitude and never letting them affect me.
Categories of People Criticize –
1. You are not practicing what you preach.
2. Genuine Feedback
3. Not Getting Results, Be consistent

Regarding criticism, we have a control to some extent to reply back immediately in the offline world, whenever we want also number of critics could be less . But while in the online business, the whole world is open and hence more and more possibility of criticism.
Generally we love to be appreciated only on our bright side and want others to ignore our dark side or to be criticised by others on any of post, videos etc. But when they give a comment , it’s only from their point of view. Criticism is not bad. It depends upon who makes it and why.
If I do not apply my judgement, but reflect coolly it will help me improve myself. Above all it will not affect my mind, which is more important.
People give negative feedbacks for five different reasons:
1 Genuine- they are telling the truth. Mirroring facts- Accept and correct.
2. Their perspectives are different- just ignore.
3. Competitors with jealousy, greed- be careful and avoid. Actually, there is enough for everybody, but insufficient to satisfy greed.
5. Lazy with negative-minded people- Ignore their comments. Avoid.
6.People not getting the result, in spite of knowledge- Help them.
People are different in their mental make-up and personalities and will differ with you in many aspects. That is natural, so not to be perturbed with negative feedback. Analyze and filter and use to improve. Personal strong positive values will protect from negativity.
