Recently I have started thinking, why I am doing things so differently?
Why my heart says, I have to retain my style?
Should I take advice?
And even if I take, how much can I change of my conviction?

With all these, my confidence flickered, went down.
In that downward journey, I remained consistent, in trying to climb up,
although, I experienced no inch forward!!!

Scaling up of a business should have less dependability on human beings and also simplicity of operation.

80:20 principle-It is a universal law. 4% of people in the world own 96% wealth. 4% of businessmen become top performers. There are a mindset and sets of principles which take them to that 20% of 20% state.
1.Marketing vs. Value-People who value the glossy advertisements without the inherent value of the product won’t be four percenters. Marketing through advertising has its value, but it can’t make it in the long run without the quality of the product you market.
2. Product Quality- Product quality is important and more important is to improve it consistently to give customers the experience of Wow!
3. Competition vs. Collaboration/Cooperation- People who remain in the rat race of competition remain rats. One can’t copy others and excel. Originality with cooperation and collaboration will lead to success. Ideas can be taken from anywhere and one can model himself after some successful business but has to put them in his way and flavor to succeed, instead of being a copy cat.
