      Quarter to Quarter Goal Setting … within it each months theme and each week action and each day task as we progresses with day, week and month …

      Most people complicate things. Make it simple and focus on a goal.

      1. Have clarity on your Goal.
      Smart formula: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound.

      Having a deadline is must.

      What should be covered in goal, should be specific.

      2. Clarity on Strategy.
      Best way to execute strategy is to find a mentor.
      Pick one mentor and follow one mentor and one system for 90 days. Don’t jump around.

      3. Clarity on Action Plan. One mentor will help have one action plan, one focus task, monthly theme, weekly focus and daily task. Have not more than 3 task per day.

      4. Learn the art of action chunking, action in a block of 2 hours. Focus on one task, put phone on Airplane mode for 2 hours chunk. You can complete in 2 hours, which people take even a week.

      Simple and uncomplicated.
      1) Clarity on the goal: Find out the What?
      Use the SMART formula: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound
      3) Clarity on Strategy: Everything needs a strategy. You’ll need a mentor, one mentor, rather than 3-4 different strategies from different mentors and methodologies, jumbles up the clarity, with actually no clarity. For example, you can’t run a petrol car with water or diesel or plain coconut oil or chyawanprash. So choose one mentor, while choosing you can “shop” around but complete on one mentor, surrender yourself to him/her.
      4) Clarity on action plan: Have a monthly theme, every month, every week, task based which are broken down into daily tasks. So this is a more holistic and complete action, Keep the tasks minimum to 3, one major task and two minor.

      1. Clarity on GOAL – follow the SMART way (Specific, Measurable, Achieveable, Relevant, Time Bound)
      2. Clarity on Strategy – though many ways are available in internet for any topics, Best way to Execute a Strategy is by Finding a Mentor and strictly follow him for next 90 days
      3. Action Plan – Divide your Action Plan into Monthly theme, Weekly Focus, Daily Tasks
      4. Action Chunking – Stick to 3 tasks for a day – 1 primary & 2 secondary tasks – chunk your daily tasks for 2 hours each
      5. Strong Mindset Habits – Give bath to your mind everyday to keep it fresh, active, creative and with full energy
      6. Find a Accountability Partner – have status updates by Daily messages, weekly hurdles, monthly 30 minute review

      Plan for plan Quarter to quarter, Within the quarter the focus should be on next month, Within the month the focus should be on next week, Within the week the focus should be on the next day
      Be present and have clarity on what you need to achieve.

      Action plan- Plan of action for 90 days. A timetable for quarter, month, week and day. So, you know what you have to do every day.
      Action chunk- Each day 3 Tasks and each task for 90 min. to 2hrs with breaks in between.
      Mindset/Daily Habits- starts the day with affirmations, reading goal card and writing goals. It is to set the mind and intentions for the day.
      Accountability Partner/Buddy- Have an accountability partner to give support and hold you accountable to push you along the action path/ execution of tasks at hand.
