This is such a valuable insight..I truly resonate with the idea of looking in the mirror to meet the real us and then showing up authentically! Also selling from the same space of mind helps so much..has been a game changer for me…the more I am in tune with my true authentic and spiritual self the easy my business becomes 🙂

Thanks a ton, Khushii. Really appreciate your feedback.
The gist of the podcast which resonates with my line of thinking also, are as follows. Be authentic, transparent and real. For this you may look at the mirror to find the real you. One may put up a show, but the public will see through it over a period of time. Your message and your end product, should remain same, though you may add value to it with improvements . Solve one problem but be very good at solving it. Be committed to your word, deliverables and timelines. Focus on the growth of your customers, and be what you want them to be, by being real, and not by bashing down your competitors, These will ensure that your tribe remains loyal to you at all times
Being authentic, transparent and real is a great takeaway, Gita!

-don’t become self centered, become giver give 10X more value to your community than what they paid for.
– Be real and transparent with yourself and with your community
– don’t change you core message , stick to one message and build your brand around that message.
– don’t be trend rider , sell one one product which solve a big problem of your target customer.

– sticknto your wordings, offers and dates, start session on time.
– find ways to help your community, be focussed on providing value to your community
– Don’t use negative tactics if you want to be in the long term in the market , don’t put anyone down.

Hi all so true.. I have been following this throu my 8 yrs of career, n I have 100% client retention ???? but it’s difficult to find good clients who can mirror your ethics… I have not grown much but that must be my laid-back attitude. Thanks sidz for making me trust my ethics n attitude even more.
I too often feel and wonder at the loyalty I have developed towards a few people including you.
For example, I search for the strangest Secret everyday, a ton of content shows up and I look for only Siddharth Rajasekhar. I listen to it only on your channel. I confess that I have felt foolish doing that. But I bow know that it is my loyalty. I know every minute I watch will pay you and I am more happy to contribute because I know for sure that the contribution will be used well.
I am a living example of a loyal customer and the impact of authenticity. I can only imagine the amount of strength needed to handle the weight of such loyalty. I am sure it is not everyone’s cup of tea. Glad to be a part of this community. #ILHfamily #ILHdeeplearner #youcan coach

This podcast influenced me deeply. I don’t wish to summarise every point, I wish to be true to myself and write points that left an imprint on my mind. I learnt the following things.
As a student of the Freedom business model, integrity, loyalty to students, walking the talk are the essential pre-requisites.
The best judge of one’s honesty is the person himself/herself. He/she can attempt to fool the world but can never fool oneself. Be the pure soul who radiates light because of the purest intentions hidden in the heart. It is only then ones thoughts, words and actions will align. That purity will attract a genuine audience. The audience will become customers and then the relationship is a life long journey in pursuit of excellence and purity.
2. Be ready to clearly accept shortcomings, that is being vulnerable. Let there be no make over on things that are not known. Such pretences will be exposed in due course.
3. Take time, go deep into a niche that resonates with you. Once you identify your calling, live the message with deep passion. That will be the single message on which you build your community and business. That will remain consistent because that is where your heart is. So the message will be one and that continues.
4. Sell one thing always. – Once you resonate with the message, sell that one product that is dear to your heart, into which you have poured your heart and soul. Build on it. Do not change the message and be like a butterfly flying from one glamorous flower to the next.
5. Sticking to the one product will enrich the product too over time and experience. The product gets enriched as much as your soul is in it.
6. Never put up a show. Pretence will fade away. The mask will be pulled down. The makeup will be washed off. It has to. That is the law. You can fool some people for some time, some people for all time, but you cannot fool all people for all time. There is no point putting up a show.
7. Stick to your word, be accountable. Every small commitment you give should be kept. The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. The self discipline needs to be built and cultivated.
8. Focus all your energies on nurturing your community. Encourage the achievers, spend all your energies to create more achievers. Building your community shall be the apple of your eye.
9. No negative tactics in business. Never put down your so called competitors.
10. Be the person you want your customers to be. You are the mirror reflection of who your customer is. Never say anything that you haven’t done yourself. Speak only after you take the trouble, follow the path and share your experience.
These ten human traits are most essential to build trust and loyalty. In reality if one can build themselves on the foundations of these attributes, they will naturally win trust and appreciation. A life long bond will be built with customers. It is a business of integrity and honesty. It is knowledge business that believes in transformation.
#ILHDeepLearner #ILHFamily #YouCanCoach #ICanCoach
In a world full of so much noise, you need to build an army of loyalists and advocates to stand out your business from the crowd.
These people follow and respect you because they believe in you and feel that you are there to help them and not extract from them.
Being authentic with yourself and the community ensures lifetime customers. So, invest in long-term relationships and not just short-term transactional relationships.
Here are ten tips for developing trust and loyalty:
1) Authenticity is the number one virtue for building trust. Look into the mirror and get real. You need to know if you’re in for the money or for providing value. You can bluff the world but not yourself. If it’s money you’re looking for, you can stop wasting time because you won’t succeed in the long run. People will identify the real you. But if your thoughts, words, and actions align, people will follow you.
2) The best way to show authenticity is by being vulnerable. When you are transparent with your tribe, they respect that. Nobody likes to chase false idols. Show people that you are one of them.
3) Stick to one message and build your brand around that. You need to have a fixed core message. Your goal should be consistent in the long term, but you can be flexible in achieving it. You update with time, but your goal should be the same. If you don’t trust and follow your plan, don’t expect people to do the same for you.
4) Sell one thing only on the front end. Your strategy should be based on your mission and not the trends. You can update and upgrade your product with time, but don’t change your mission. It’s always better to work on one thing for 10 hours, rather than ten things for one hour.
5) Solve one big problem and get pretty good at it. Have a big goal and get started working on a different parameter that can help achieve that goal. You do that over time, and people start recognizing you as an authority in that niche.
6) Stop putting up a show. Being authentic is the best thing you can do. If you focus too much on putting up a show, you might lose your efforts on the most crucial bit, providing value. Your charisma and the value you provide are enough to keep people hooked. If they want a show, they can watch a movie or theatre. With you, they are on a journey to learn; it doesn’t matter how you look.
7) There is nothing more important than being a person of your word. How you do anything is how you do everything. If you can’t stick to your word, nobody will trust you. And why should they? If you’re not honest to yourself, why should you expect others to be honest to you? Your word is your bond. Similarly, you need to respect time. If you don’t respect others’ time, you don’t respect them. Self-discipline is important. As the adage goes, you should be strict with yourself and easy with others.
8) Let your initiatives be focused on the growth of your community. Always remember, your tribe’s win is your win. Your success is dependant on the success of your students. You need your tribe to replicate success. When one person achieves that, the inspirational spark can lead to a big fire among the community members.
9) Never BASH DOWN your so-called “competitors” using Negative tactics. Remember, if you don’t have anything positive to say, it’s better to keep your mouth shut. Also, any publicity is good publicity. So, don’t promote others for free. If you are on the receiving side, count this as your lottery. Your audience and your success stories will speak for you. So, put your head down, get to work, and leave everyone behind.
10) As the saying goes, the people of a country are only as good as its leader. So, be the person you want your customers to be. Your tribe is your shadow. If you expect commitment from your tribe, lead that charge. It’s always easy to ask. But don’t ask something you won’t give yourself. First, set standards, and then demand others to match.
A valuable podcast, I use to follow and learn whatever stuff shared by you Sidz because I wanted to drive my CAR loaded with dream and emotions.
Very correct said Sidz, always be real don’t present in front of people with borrowed behaviour. Present and be there original. So you can help the community by your deep heart. And be transparent with your community, they come to you to get a real and valuable, even expected something different from you so become a good giver. Be transparent and give your 100%. Sticking with our motto don’t keep changing. Make your brand perfect and appealing to the people.
Don’t be like a shown become a supporter a game changer in the life of your community, by solving the big big problems in society. Become a leader and come in front to help the people with your product, knowledge. Make your products just as much as important and valuable like even you can be a purchaser of it. Leave with your dream and become an action taker.
More valuable learning I got from this podcast. Thanks a lot ❤❤Sidz. ????????

Hi Sidz,
My top 5 takeaways are:
–> Vulnerability is strength in a coaching business. Share your journey. We all are human beings and we tend to make mistakes.
–> You might be a great communicator, but you stick to ONE message and let that build your brand.
–> Stick to your word.
Be it an offer, Be it any launch. And starting sessions on time.
–> Never ever Bash down your competitor with your negative tactics. It will pull you down in down the line.
–> Be the person you want your customers to be. You should lead by example. They don’t follow you if you say something and do implement. When you practice, whatever that you’re teaching, it will have some value.
Thank you so much Sidz.

With so much noise in the market and a lot happening already, how do you really be unique and authentic? The first and foremost thing to understand is that you need to start your relationship with your audience when the transaction happens. Your relationship starts when your Target Audience purchases your product. Remember that it is not a transactional business. It’s a business of transformation, trust, loyalty, and helping them grow and get results. No transactional business customers can stick with you for life. It’s like a seasoned self-centric, money-oriented weather that comes and goes as the trends of the markets. Not having a pre-defined funnel with no core message actually brings chaos and distortion and you are not really there for your audience when you jump to another course and the other.
You need to create trust, think about how they can achieve results, it’s not about you, it’s about them. If you think about your community on how can they achieve the best results, they will follow you for life. They will be stuck with you for life.
Points to be taken care of;
1. Look into the mirror and face it. What is your real intention? Is this for you? Are you in for money or is it the transformation that you want to bring? You can fool anyone but you. If they think that you want to bring change to the world but you need money, it’s important. Cut the crap. Tell yourself the real intention. Because only when you know, you can change it. Self- realization is the first step towards everything you plan out to do. And are your Thoughts converting into Words and Words into Actions?
Are u practicising what you preach? Do you do it yourself? Remember the Golden Triangle, you gotta Learn- DO- teach simultaneously. If the “DO” in Golden Triangle is missing, nothing makes sense. ASK YOURSELF if you’re in for the money or for providing value.
2. Are you vulnerable? No, you cannot be perfect. You are human, aren’t you? A machine can be manufactured close to perfection. We are humans and full of hit and trial testings and methods. When you behave like a human and make them feel that you are one of them, they can see through and that’s how you build a human-to-human connection. Share that vulnerability that can inspire them and make them accept themselves for who they really are. Only transparency can develop trust.
3. Stick to your message. As Jeff Bezos says, a Goal should always be fixed but how you achieve that goal can have flexible paths. Build your business around that core message that your heart really believes in. In order to attract the right audience, it is important for you to repel a set of audiences. You cannot sell everything, you cannot have everyone. It’s one message with one kind of movers and shakers.
4. Sell one thing and only one thing only at the front end. When you change products like a season, it does confuse your audience. If you are busy creating your third product and your audience is asking you questions in your community groups regarding the first product you created, now that you are engrossed in the 3rd product, your audience of course 1 went unanswered. What good can it be than breaking the relationship of TRUST between you and the organization? You are not weather. Don’t be a trendsetter and change as the season changes. For you to be able to have a life-long audience, you need to be there for your audience and in order to be there for your audience, you need to have just 1 single pipe which has 3 sub-sections/levels. People who enter that pipe whether that’s L1, L2, L3, you now nurture all of them as it’s one funnel, one passage you have. It’s simplest of all. It saves your time and builds students for life. Your Model should be based upon Mission.
5. Solve one big problem. e.g. Our education system is lagging by 50 years. If we can create that level of system and fill those loopholes, it can help us move ahead. This can be done when we create a new set of leaders and equip them with the right skill set, right tools, and principles. Get Damn good at it.
1 problem – You should be super good at solving that problem and creating results for your community.
6. STOP putting up a show This is not a sas-bahu TV serial that moves for centuries which having a clear road of where it leads. You should have a clear journey of where that road leads.
7. Stick to your word. If you tell your audience, you will do it. Do it. If there’s any change of plan, tell them. So, if you are a mother suppose your kid is 2-3 years old and you had to go to the market. You disappear without informing your kid, what will he do? He will cry. But what if you tell him that you are going out for some work and will be back in 2 hours. He will still be curious but maybe he won’t cry because NOW he knows. If you build a relationship where you be transparent about everything, they will understand and will be less curious about any delay. This is a pure trust-based transparent relationship. Remember, How u do anything is how u do everything, stick to your coh.
8. Let all your initiatives be focused on the growth of your community. e.g. Hall of Fame, Crore Club. Let people stick and feel your true intentions. Seeing others make others inspired, and they start thinking, if this person can do this, i can do it.
9. Never bash down your competitors. Look for collaboration or an alliance over a competition. Your energy flows where your intention goes. It should be in the right direction. In fact, never be affected by the negativity you receive from them. See if you can ignore and remember to see where they are putting their energy. Stay away from energy suckers.
10. BE THE PERSON U WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BE. BE THEIR MIRROR. If you want your customers to get results you get results first. You want them to buy a high ticket PDT, you buy the high ticket first. Be the person you want your customers to become. It’s all about congruency. When you are vulnerable, they will be vulnerable.
This is a game for life with no shortcuts.

My Learnings From This Podcast Are ‐
The only way anyone who is serious about winning the game ???? it’s by trust it’s by building ????♀️ trust and authority and loyalty with these target market ????.

2. Are you vulnerable because you can only gain trust when you are able to open yourself up be transparent with your tribe and your customers.
3. Stick to one message and build your brand around that.

5. Solve one big problem and get damn good with it. This will help you to build trust and loyalty in the market place.
6. Stop putting up a show. Where everything is a stage. Be authentic and real with your audience.
7. To build trust and loyalty in the marketplace is to stick to your word.
8. Let your initiatives be focused on the growth of your community.
9. Never bash down your so called competitors with negative tactics. You should be focused on building yourself.
10. Be the person you want your customers to be. Don’t say something if you not doing the same thing.

A good reflection on the person you need to be. I don’t like to parrot out what I heard in the podcast, so my response here is not going to be commentary, Its not me.
I could start asking myself why am I living? Am I here to earn money and sustain myself till I die., is that I’m just existing?
Purpose is a very elusive but powerful motivator. Purpose is a very fancy term, almost comes close to enlightenment and nirvana. Its just I see it that way. Make it simple, what is an activity that you enjoy and are rather good at, more important, if someone were to do what you do, would their life change for the better?
Many do find this, with a some introspection. It usually something that you do with just internal motivation.
If you want to spread this to the world, its going to take resources, which of course, money is an important exchange, along with your time and focus.
When you hit that journey, the points in this podcast open up either a new thinking or reaffirm your beliefs.
Be authentic. The only way to do that is to experience it, Am I experiencing what I’m trying to get people to do? If you really are, it will be hard to stop you.
Do you ridicule people who are also doing what you do, did you live their experience, aren’t they also trying to make an impact? If there is something you don’t like about it, just reassure yourself that you’re glad you aren’t doing that. An example of driving cars, you see people driving like nuts, when you curse them its road rage. Its better to stay out of their way, their in a hurry to drink a cup of coffee, or better still, hold a workshop on how you drive can make you a millionaire.
You would take health advise from a very overweight person, but you would take medicine from an overweight doctor? Yes we need to walk the talk even if its indirect. I am doing this, Or its just for the stage?
When you focus on a solving single problem and have recurring results, its a confident space, it reflects within you and radiates outward. Where there is focus and consistency, trust gets built and first you need to build trust within yourself. Looking at the mirror in this podcast, is ask yourself that question, Do I trust myself with my intent focus and action? Or are you unsure in some area?
Now if this boils down to gaining customers or followers, do they see you as, “Hey I want to be him”.
On the note of that last sentence, don’t try to portray “perfect” , there have been breakdowns in your journey and you might have overcome them, some you might be still facing.
What you learn in courses like these, are the ways to perform them based on the intent. However you should ask yourself is, what you do will impact many as it impacted you. Its going to save them a hundred times more money and results than if you were to do it yourself. Don’t worry of people who don’t buy or don’t take the step, do they resonate with you?
You can only nurture trust. People say build trust, I think you can’t build trust, because trust already exists, when you drive a car and you trust the vehicle on the opposite side is not going to drive into you. Have you met the driver on the other side before? “NO” but you do trust them. But will you give them all your money and say invest it for me? Absolutely not! So you start with more generic trust and nurture it to the next level. That generic trust is being vulnerable and authentic. When they see you focused and repeating results, trust is nurtured.
So what does this journey look like, first you’re known as a person, then you become brand (talk of the subject means your name comes up first), then the Brand becomes bigger than you.
Awesome Prem!Great Insights!
Thankyou for this authentic sharing, super helpful!

Stick to one core message, look into the mirror and get real very useful.
Thank you Sid for sharing such awesome content. Authenticity really makes you stand out in the marketplace. You are truly authentic, I connect with you on a deeper level.
Thanks a ton,Shekar!
Such a deep learning through this podcast. It is really the most important part of the education system to be real and authentic to your students as they are going to reflect in their personality what you are teaching them. Instead of focusing on the money you want to make from your business, focus on the values you want to deliver and money will follow. Show offing cannot help anyone in the long run. people may connect with you in the very beginning but they will leave you as soon as they will be able to recognise your true intentions. so be as real with your students as you can.
Do not try to impress your students, just give value and they will automatically be impressed.

How to develop trust and loyalty
1) Look into the mirror and get real for yourself and find yourself: Extract from the market(add value to the market) No rationalization just purely being honest
I am too self centred? Your thought and words and actions are aligned and when you come to that rationlisation you are coming to some kind of traction with your customers
Your though words and actions are aligned.
Are you able to put that to action once you
Practice what you preach..are you able to put into action what you are thinking
2) Are you vulnerable and have the humility(it’s actually a strength in digital coaching business….not wearing a mask and be real)only gain trust open yourself first and be transparent to your tribe
You are also on journey with them and make mistakes and you are not Mr perfect and when up are open you develop trust and loyalty.
3) Stick you one message and build your brand around that – Core message should not change from time to time….core message needs to be consistent…else core members and followers will not trust you….freedom is Sidz’s message and that – trust loyalty an likeability in the message you need to repel an audience if you want to attract one (you cannot please eveyrone) If your core message keep s change then followers will not trust you.
Keep driving your message in different forms again and again and build your brand across that message only. There will be people who will resonate with your message.
4) Sell one and one only thing in the market in the frontend which is actually a big challenge – exact same product and keep on improving people sell as per trends NOT around mission or solving one Big problem
And keep improving on it but on front end the transaction should remain the same to get the same set of products but keep on improving and refining them DON’T be trend rider…sell one thing a front end.
Every 2 yrs keep improving the product based on personal evolution
5) Solve ONE big problem and get damn good at it….to create new set of teachers leaders mentors …and equip them with right toolsets/ mindset and the strategies…that will help to develop trust and loyalty in the market. People will look out to you as the thought leader and domain leader
6) Stop putting up for show – when he puts people on hotspot and evaluated them Blair has clearly demonstrated being authentic and putting up a show (Not on Instagram – there will not be clear cut journey),……it’s like getting them on journey and aim on lifelong customers and not making online presence into one TV show an element of edutainment is fine….Sid is speaking his hear out and know it goes deep in the mid of listeners
7) Sticking to your work – not manipulators – whether it’s something related to courses or
Starting on time and …everything suggests something …how you do anything defines how you to everything’…stick to the code of honor to build trust
8) Imitative should be focused on the growth of community – for Sidz is HALL of FAME…which is for the groth of community …if he/she can do it then I can do as well
9) Never bash down your so called competitors using negative tactics….of anyone does it don’t react t them …never put anyone down… may have different opinion…focus your energy on building yourselves only.
10) Be the person you want your …you are mirror of the customers and customers are mirror for you in turn…you invest in high ticket programs
If you want to customers to build loyal community themselves do it first and lead by example. From knowledge comes from somebody who has actually build the business they have ht moral authority over the audience.
It’s a game of congruence. If you are vulnerable and open then your students will start doing the same.
Developing trust and loyalty with your market is one of the most neglected part in the business

Thank you for your time, SIDZ!
Below are my takeaways interspersed with my thoughts:
A few operating words that encapsulate the essence of this podcast are INTENTIONS, NARROW FOCUS, AUTHENTICITY, and COMMUNITY FIRST.
Intentions :: Genuine care for your tribe will build loyal customers who will prefer to be around for life.
Narrow Focus :: It is very important to be stubborn on your mission and vision. It may repel a group of people. But to attract an audience, you need to repel an audience. Also, it is vital to SELL ONE THING that solves a SPECIFIC PROBLEM. Become an infallible authority in your niche. A quick tip : Stick to your promises and honor them.
Authenticity :: In a knowledge business, being vulnerable with your tribe helps rise up the trust, loyalty, and likeability barometer.
Community First :: Ensure all initiatives are community focused. Be the person you want your customers to be. Eg: If you want your customers to build loyal communities, you (business owner) first build loyal communities yourself.
