      A great podcast by Sidz. While throwing light on the mistakes people make in training and coaching industry, Sidz has guided us all how to walk on the right path to be on the winning side. These nuggets will be of great help in implementing the models in digital coaching.

      Digital Coaching is entirely a different game i.e. coaching one to many people, knowing the changes in your students. Digital coaching is not a money game but the value provided to the market place. A lot of patience is required. The most important thing is that in today’s world we need to walk step-by-step technologically. Best technologies need to be adopted to be successful in any field, therefore, we must be techies as well as experts in soft skills.

      We must be Life Long Learners (LLL) in order to deliver the effective content/knowledge. In Digital space, different set of rules are there. There are different models of implementation. Just implementing a model for sake of money will be a stumbling block.

      A truly solid product needs to be built around the Core Niche including most appealing designs, course design, website design, the simplest way to deliver the courses for customers to get results. For this, lot of one to ones are required to be able to build better quality digital products. We must not sell products instead we must sell memberships in order to give more value to the like-minded people within the community itself. Through gamification, goals are much easier to achieve.
