The million-dollar question in the Digital coaching space comes out on sustaining and scale in the long term without getting burnt out? How to manage consistency? The answer lies in managing five areas:
1) Your Product
2) Marketing Models
3) Automation
4) Outsourcing
5) Partnerships
Product
Your product needs to be gold. Marketing an average product might bring sales initially. But in due time, your sales will go down, and your brand name will be impacted; your product won’t sustain.
So, what’s essential is to build a solid product. With that being said, it is vital not to get caught in the circle of perfectionism and remember that perfection comes in iterations. You refine your product after listening to your audience on how you can improve your product.
Your product’s sustainability is directly linked to you as a person. It’s not what you teach but the way you teach. It comes from your inner core.
The impact of your product is calculated from the number of its success stories. A marketer with fantastic product sales without many success stories is a great marketer.
Marketing Models
Many marketing models are used in the digital coaching space, including Free Webinars, Paid Webinars, Messenger Marketing, Paid Workshops, WhatsApp model, etc.
Models like the Weekend workshop have a low-ticket price, high showup rates, with extended hours being invested. The return from these is not the best if you don’t have a high-ticket product in the backend.
That’s why the Free Webinar model takes the cake. It takes the least amount of time and management of all the models. The time saved can be utilized to develop personalized content to nurture the audience inside the funnel and create success stories.
You can convert this free webinar model into an automated webinar model in time. But this works after you have perfected the system (live webinar and sales pitch). It’s important to keep trying and testing for the best results.
All things said, if your product is good, then it will work with every model. In that case, you have to decide which one requires the least effort.
Automation
As you scale, you need to put things on autopilot. It’s all a game of managing your time. You can’t be at two places at one time. As such, automation will ensure things run smoothly in the backend. You can focus on the more important stuff or the thing requiring the most attention.
Moreover, you can create a segment-based communication rather than a generic one. This personalized communication makes a more significant impact and drives more sales.
When you have the right product on a scalable model, automation becomes easier.
Outsourcing
As you scale, you’ll need to outsource some aspects of your business. It is important to note that you need to pull your weight and grind through the processes initially before you outsource.
Having some hands-on experience will not only give you a better idea but also help you guide people who’ll be working in your stead.
You can outsource internal communication (emails), advertising (FB and Google ads), content editing (videos, etc.), external communication (managing your brand on the internet), and community management (inside the community forum).
After automating and outsourcing these activities, you will experience true Freedom. But you need to climb the mountain before guiding others.
Your journey to greatness is not about reaching the destination but what you become to pursue that goal. And that’s what makes the journey just as beautiful as the destination. Fall in love with the process.
Partnerships
As you grow, you can open to the idea of collaboration. But this works after you have a solid product and proven success stories to show for it.
Your community will promote your products if they achieve their goals. It will be a no-brainer for them, and they will turn out to become your promoters, your evangelists. That when you’ll see the magic of scaling.

Hi Sidz, it was great listening to this podcast. Here are my key takeaways:
1. Focus on building a great product that has true potential to transform the lives of the students. No matter how good may be your marketing – it is the product experience that can make or break your relationship with your students or customers.
2. A life transforming product renders itself well for “Word of Mouth” marketing. Those who are Happy will go the extra mile to recommend your product and help in bringing more customers.
3. Automation and creating systems are key to long term success, saving time, nurturing prospects and students that can help in creating a healthy and sustainable business.
4. Choosing an Effective Marketing Model is important. Conducting Free Sales Webinars on a consistent basis can help to understand the target audience better. And the same can be applied to improve the Core Product and Marketing Messaging as well.
5. Free up your time to create more and more value for your community to enable students to practically apply the knowledge and create tangible results. As the business matures, it is the Happy Community that can propel your business to the next level.
6. Be Hands-on in executing all related activities of the business. Outsource once you are really sure of what you are doing and clear about the outcomes.
7. Your successful students are your best sales people. Help them to succeed – business success becomes an automatic byproduct.
Thanks once again for this insightful Podcast.
Kind regards,
Rama Kumar

Five areas to work-
1. Product building – Product Instead of marketing average product, invest time in creating good product.
It doesn’t matter what you teach but how you teach.
2. Marketing Models – Live webinar conversion rate is higher.
Free Webinar automated is best option. But do it after 100 webinars.
3. Automation – Consistency in Emails is needed.
4. Outsource – internal communication, adds, content video, external communication, web-design content writing.
5. Partnerships – open up affiliate programs with own students.
** It is not about destination. Only when you fall in love with process of this journey on becoming great.
